Dissatisfied with their communication
Took my truck in with a Freon leak on the discharge line. Thought it was under warranty. I told them if it wasn’t under warranty I would fix it myself. It wasn’t under warranty but they still but dye in the system after I told them exactly where the leak was. The dye went all over. Charged me over $160 a real waste they don’t listen to their customers

DON'T BRING IN FOR SERVICE!
I live 3.5 hours from the closest Buick dealer and I will travel twice as far to never come to this place again! The service department is not competent for simple repairs that I could probably do myself, but my vehicle is still under warranty so wanted to have it done “professionally”. The service manager, Damon, is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, he should be fired for how he speaks with people. He gets an honest review, negative, but honest, then gets arrogant and rude to the customer. This issue is and will continue to get escalated with General Motors directly.

Don't respond, now I get daily spam.
I contacted this dealer regarding I vehicle I saw on their website. I got an immediate response (I suspect auto generated), I asked some questions about the vehicle, not reply. I got an email from the "manager" asking about the service, I replied, I asked the questions (repeating them), but again, never received reply. The daily emails started up several weeks later. The emails keep trying to sell me a car and asking if there is anything they can do for me. I keep trying to unsubscribe, to no avail, the emails just keep coming. DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT ANY OF THEIR VEHICLES, it appears to be a scam to get your email address and send you spam.

No return calls
I was offered a deal by the internet salesman. I called back but he had left for the weekend. I attempted to speak with Kevin Newby and left two messages for a return call and I’d take the deal. Kevin never returned my calls.
