Great service experience

Brought my TDI in for the required service, and was quickly and smoothly scheduled. Got a loaner for the day and the car was completed in just a couple of hours. Got a free car wash coupon as well.

New Tires, Oil Change, The Works!

I was heading on a trip and I was due for some new tires and an oil change. I called Findlay VW thinking I would have to wait until later to get my car in. Josh in the service department invited me to come in and he would take a look at the car to see the size of my tires because I didn't have a clue. I pulled up a few minutes later and Josh came out and assisted me right away. He didn't have the exact tires I was looking for in stock but he was able to get them delivered to the shop within 20 minutes. I asked if while the tires were in route if I could have my oil changed. He was able to get it all done quickly and I was out of there in a flash. Findlay VW is the only place I'll shop!

Great and personable service

They had to order a part for my car but they kept me informed along the way, and their workmanship was great. I also enjoy the personable conversations I have with Josh. I do business with companies/ people that not only do good work, but the communication process also has to clear and friendly. Bottom line, they do good work, and are friendly people.

From the time I scheduled an appointment for my 30K oil change, and maintenance, I was treated with kindness, respect and courtesy. No pushy antics about your brakes need to be done, or this needs to be now. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the complete staff

Great Service

We bought a new 2017 Golf Alltrack in Salt Lake City recently. While on Vacation in St George we noticed a fluid leak. Findaly VW diagnosed our problem (which was a blown transmission gasket), got the part in overnight, and fixed our car the first thing the next day. Great service.

Great Service, Great people

I always feel secure when I am greeted by Josh on the service team. He is friendly, knowledgable, and always gives me a good understanding of the diagnostic process. Afterwards he always explains what was done and why, and I have always been happy with the results.

Good service

They did our repair in record time and were very friendly. I would recommend this service department for sure. They had to order a part and called us as soon as it came and were willing to set the schedule that worked for us.

Good customer service

Friendly employees and good customer service. Easy to make an appointment that worked for me. Dropped car off and received a called that is was ready to pick up. Josh is great!

Transmission flush

Went in for a transmission flush they did not have the parts in Stock. They ended up keeping my car and did not have a loaner car for me to use it had to get a taxi to take my grandma to her dr appointment. This was the worst experience of my life. I will never go back to this dealer ship
