Excellent Service

Steve handled the service details very professionally, and the bill was exactly as quoted. But the real hero is Jason in Parts who went the extra mile - no; 10 extra miles! My new Best Friend!!

Great service from Josh, my service adviser.

Josh is very good about telling me what to expect from each of my service visits. He also told me to expect a rather large bill on my next scheduled appointment in 2017. Nice to know so I can save some money to take care of the 40,000 mile service.

Repairs and service

When we took our Golf TDI in for repairs on the air conditioner Josh helped us and we had it fixed in one day. Everyone was very helpful and made arrangements for a ride home while we waited. They then came and picked us up when done. Josh has always been really good to work with and very kind and considerate.

Steve is my go to Service Rider

Anytime I service at Findlay VW, I always make sure Steve is working to service my vehicle. He knows what he's doing and gets my car serviced quick. Great customer service.

new car purchase, sight unseen

Saw the car I wanted purchased and had it delivered 400 miles away next day, car was exactly as pictured and described. Scary experience buying a car without seeing or driving it, but all turned out perfectly,....

Gem of a Dealership

When I decided to shop locally for a new car I had two different cars that I was interested in and wanted a test drive. Findley was the only dealer interested in my business find the model (not in stock) that I wanted and then to go find the color that I wanted. Thank you Quinn! More recently when it was time to have my car serviced for the first time the experience was flawless. Easy to make the appointment of my choice over the phone, car was serviced quickly while I waited and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction - Thank you Josh! I am fortunate to have had great dealership experiences with Findlay Volkswagen now and previously with Findlay Kia in St. George, Utah.

Guaranteed Best Purchasing or Leasing experience

After shopping for a new vehicle for about 3 weeks and dealing with the typical used car salesperson, we ran into Findley Volkswagen. From the quality of vehicles, facilities and the outstanding customer service, my wife and I determined to purchase a vehicle from Findley, not because of he vehicle, but for how the staff treated us. The salesman that we have bought our last 5 cars from had passed away a couple of months ago and that dealership really was not the same. We are happy that we found a new dealership that cares about their customers. From the GM, Curtis to sales, Ben and service Josh. They all care.
