Scammers fraudulent business stay away run
If you want to be scammed out of money right In front of your face come to Driveline, Faulty business at its best. They think there untouchable and can get away with fraudulent business. But the more he keeps doing bad business the more he will lose. He sale salvage vehicles from the auction an double cross you in anyway he can. Don’t be fooled by the looks u better do your homework before buying anything from these scammers. Check badvin because whatever he offers far as car history he has whipped clean including Carfax. But at your own risk ⚠️

CROOKED CAR LOT
Crooked Car Lot. They took the Charger Cable out of the Tesla Model S I bought from them. They lied and said it was shipped to me. I never received the Charger Cable...no tracking number, nothing! They are complete LIARS! RUN! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH DRIVELINE LLC in Jacksonville, Florida.

DISAPPOINTED!
Went to purchase a 2015 Grand Caravan and really loved the car, until I drove it off the lot. I got no more that 5 miles from the dealership and it ran hot. We called immediately and took the car back. Upon review and diagnostic tests, they tell me it's a thermostat. We wait and then ended up leaving car there for it to cool down, understandable. We picked it up. It was ok for about a month, then ran hot again. My husband thought that maybe the thermostat was bad so he replaced again. No luck it ran hot still again. I called the dealership no less than 5 times and texted the salesman. No response back. We then took it to a repair shop, and low and behold it was the radiator. It was completely shot. I tried calling again, no response. The repair price was $1400.00. Thank goodness my husband is a great mechanic and was able to repair for around $400.00. Now I know that when you buy a car that says as is that is what you are chancing, but I expect that when you drive it off the lot that as is should be in proper working order. It was not. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. We have still not received the headrest to replace the broken one which was promised and was put in the contract that they would replace. Your first statement in your about us on your website is "At Driveline LLC, located in Jacksonville, FL, we take pride in the way we do business. We focus 100% on our customers and believe car-buying should be a fun, hassle-free experience!". I don't believe we were focused on at all. As a matter of fact, we think but can't prove that something was done a temporary fix. You should do the right thing and at least re-imburse us the money we had to pay to fix the car and send us the headrest you promised.

Mya was excellent to deal with. Great customer service and she appeared To be honest and a woman of her word. I had a great vibe comfortable with my purchase and very satisfied. I definitely would recommend this dealership to others!

Scam artists 🎨
I bought a truck f350 I seen a leak under they said it was nothing just pan leaking it wasn't it was the engine ford charged me 6400 and didn't fix it, my truck blew up still in my yard 4yrs after and still owe 12000 can't fit to much money these people are scam artists if you want to buy take a mechanic with you these people are hartless

From the owner down to the staff members my experience at Driveline has been great the people there were all friendly and honest great group of people I highly recommend this place over the last couple of years I purchased 4 vehicles from here still got all four running great talk to one of the salesman just the other day about purchasing a fifth vehicle they got what I want I'm on my way down there next week to buy
