Unable to work with this dealer as he blocked receiving the questions I needed answered before driving there from where I live in Melbourne. Now I ask you, is that the dealership's idea of not just public service but of being a good neighbor? Mmmmmmmm? I would still like to buy the Saab.

jimmy,s immediate greeting made me think I was in downtown Winter Park. After a brief exchange the deal was closed without a contrary word from him. The paper work was completed efficiently in a relaxing environment. He is an asset to Car Com.

I saw the listings here on Cars.com and drove almost 2 hours to check out the 2 trucks that they had. Both were in very rough condition which was not indicated on the listings. The undercarriages were rusted and just sprayed over to hide it.

Jimmy did his best to make me feel comfortable, even working with me when there was a small issue on the drive back - they sent me a check for the minor repair even before I had it done and that means a lot. I'd buy from them again. Christy handled the paperwork and it was all good.

I recently bought a 2014 Cadillac ELR from Winter Park Auto, which not seem like a big deal, but they are in Florida and I am in Ohio. I had questions about the vehicle which Christy did a great job answering. She took a video of the interior, exterior and close ups of the wheels to verify the condition. Everyone was very helpful, down to helping me with arranging the auto transport to get the car to Ohio. I can’t say enough about their attention to detail and willingness to help out when the overnight paperwork was lost and replacements were sent out. Good people make things go right. Thanks

I have been in this place twice to buy a BMW. The first time I did not find the car on the same condition that they posted online, I specifically asked them if the car is in good condition and the answer was "Yes Sure" it was not. I was promised to have a better deal for me within two days. I received a call from them saying we got you a great BMW. They sent me the pictures I was ok with them, I told them how much you're asking for it, they told me $15,980.00 I asked them can you give me a better deal because I will be driving for 1.5 hours, he said I can go down a $1000 which makes it $14,980.00 I told them what about $14K he said let me check, then he came back to me and said "OK". we drove there we test drive the car, some small broken items, but we said the price is fair. When we gave them a deposit I saw on the paper the price is $15,980.00, I was there is something wrong. The guy denied that he told me about the price, but I have the text messages, he even deleted some on the conversations. We walked out of that shady place and we will never recommend it to anyone.
