I first spoke with Teresa when I arrived because Corey was tied up with a problem. I told her my problems with the car and said I had been told I needed to have my brakes bled. She looked confused but put it on the work order. When my car was done Corey showed me my last visit work order and the brakes had been bled then. I then recalled on an alert email from the dealership it mentioned brakes being bled was coming up. I ended up paying much less than I expected which of course is always pleasant news. Of course because the day was beautiful they also gave us a complimentary car wash which is always appreciated. Great service! A satisfied customer for 11 years.

Nice guys.....I would recommend this dealership above all others! I even travel from Monroeville to this dealership just because I know I can trust everyone there! You're the best!

Teresa was wonderful to deal with. She listened to what I wanted/needed to have done and with the coupons I had, made sure I received the best price options! She was also honest about the amount of time it was expected to take since I was waiting for it.

My appointment went as smoothly as possible and I received all of the services I needed. All the services were performed in the time promised. Cory was a great help in describing other possible maintenance services for my mileage interval. I am looking forward to my next appointment at your dealership. I purchased the vehicle there two years ago and have been very satisfied with it. I would definitely consider a Nissan purchase down the road.

I just had my Nissan Murano Inspected and Teresa reviewed what I should consider replacing on my 2014 but I had to be at my physical therapy appointment and was back on the road in one hour. I am happy that Teresa review the items that I should service soon even though it did not interfere with my state inspection.
