My family has been Acura customers since 1998 when we

My family has been Acura customers since 1998 when we bought our brand new CL in Columbus OH. Believe it or not, we still have that car and it still runs. Through the years, we have purchased Acuras and Hondas. Not only do you get a reliable, dependable vehicle, as proven by our 1998 CL, you also receive excellent personable service. I highly recommend the vehicles and the dealership at Acura of Peoria where I was treated more like family than a customer.

Very pleasant experience with the staff.

Very pleasant experience with the staff. Jorge Gomez was very open and forthcoming about the proposed deal. Jennifer in finance was very professional and explained the purchasing process and paperwork. Cesar Castillo kept me updated on the issues with my 2011 TSX. Overall it was about the best vehicle purchasing I've been involved with.

Mike Palmer cut to the chase and gave me the best deal, and Tony Nguyen facilitated a seamless handoff. 10 minutes on the phone and 2 hours in the shop checking paperwork and we were done. Exactly what I was looking for. A+ and highest ratings for both gents. Looking forward continuing to do business, big thanks.

I do not like the car buying process (I’d rather go to

I do not like the car buying process (I’d rather go to the dentist!) but Acura of Peoria made the experience the best I have ever had and I will not hesitate to return when I’m ready for the next new car. Even though they are twice the distance of another Acura dealership, they have my loyalty for sales and I imagine service. Thank you Jessi and Jin and Jenn in finance!

Great to work with, took the time to explain the car details without the pressure to buy like other dealerships. Very consumer friendly approach, took the time to get to know us and our auto needs.

I cannot recommend this dealership.

I cannot recommend this dealership. While they initially treated me well, when the used vehicle I purchased had issues, they did not live up to their promise to help me fix the minor issues to make it right (which was literally promised to me by they sales person, including one of their lead salesmen - Steve Hoffman... do NOT believe anything this man tells you! He promised me he would help me fix the issue with the vehicle I purchased from them, but when I reached back out, he refused to respond and never helped me again. I would never but from this dealership again. Steve sucks!
