Agreed upon a price (Tammy salespeople is great!) GM would not fix a warranty covered item on the car even though we were paying extra for an warranty.... Told me that for the price we were getting it would be “asinine” for him to spend the money on it. So he wouldn’t honor the original warranty. Or the extra cost warranty and let an over $20K sale walk away for a few hours of labor. Bad attitude. Disrespectful and poor business ethic for not honoring agreements or doing warranty work. Can’t do business with or recommend this place to anyone STAY AWAY! Can only imagine how poorly we would have been treated if we bought the car
I had a very good experience with Dothan Kia. When I pulled up I told the guy I had never been there he got me where I needed to be for my oil change.... He could tell I was nervous and told me they would take care of me. I had a horrible experience at the Kia of Fort Walton Beach which has me very cautious of dealerships but these guys at Dothan are amazing. Every employee that passed me spoke and told me to let them know if I needed anything or had any questions. I was not pressured into any services which is a big plus. I drove an hour because I do not want to deal with Kia of fwb and I will make that hour drive from now on to see these guys. They were quick I got my oil changed tire rotation and they washed my vehicle in around an hour. I did not have to make an appointment. The waiting area was nice and clean the whole experience was great. These guys are definitely my hero’s right now because I was really dreading this but it was smooth and painless
Shopping for a new car. Didn’t want to go to the store with everything going on so they delivered the car and paperwork to my house!!
My son Ordered a car at a set price and waited 2 months. Car came in and jacked up the price over sticker! He has the text saved and all the information... shared.
After buying my 2020 Kia Rio S in Auburn (long story)...I brought my new Kia to Dothan Kia for an oil change. I could not be happier with how well the... Service Department Manager took care of me. Very friendly and helpful. They got me in right away with no appointment and got me back on the road. Thank you, Dothan Kia!! You converted me. I will be back for all my service needs.
Failed to disclose that a vehicle had been wrecked. Even after being asked to provide a car fax before the sale. Two years later went to trade in the car... and find out from second dealership. Went back to see if they would do anything to rectify the situation and the sales manager will. Still proclaimed it had never been wrecked. Went back the following day and Jamie the dealership manager basically told us. Too bad we didn't do anything wrong, if you want to feel tough threatening to get a lawyer go ahead." So that is what we will do. Would highly recommend to anyone doing business with these people to make certain they press the dealership employees for all information and verify it independently via third party.
Mr. Jamie Snell (general manager) has no sense of good customer service. I was on the phone with him for 10 mins while he explained (very nicely) about... why I had two hard inquires on my credit report, even though his employee said there wouldn't be, but after that he began yelling and calling me a child because I asked what he could do for me. He seemed not to care about my predicament. He seemed agitated at simple questions from a PAYING CUSTOMER.
Don't deal with this company. They swindle figures to make you think your getting the deal of a lifetime. They quote one thing but change the price so... much taking away warranty and gap just to make a sale. Vinny morro or whatever his last name is is a supposed floor manager who tried to swindle us. He flipped flopped on our payments so much he dropped 102 dollars in 10 min after he said he couldn't. Got close to negotiating a deal with us and was all about the payment price being good. Was not going to tell us that price did not include a warranty on a 40,000k car? Really? What idiot would buy that much car without a warranty.. he's not worried about the customer he is just trying to pad his pockets with a commission put us in a quick sale then care less if we broke down up the road because the sale would be over. Vinny knew when we showed up at the dealership he was wrong. He had been there that day could have returned a call but instead tried to smooth talk himself out of being caught. Garrett Maddox was excellent on the other hand. He was honest straight forward and courteous. He wanted to make a sale but do it right. He needs to be the floor manager! Don't deal with these people but if you do check the fine print to be sure your getting what you pay for. They will sneak a deal in you. Wasted trip. Won't ever do business there again. I'm putting the word out in my town don't deal with these folks.
Excellent dealership. Great sales people. Facilities are nice. They don't play games with you.
Sales staff bent over backwards in helping me and thought out of the box. They took extra time going over the features and assisting me with my questions.... Paperwork was done in a very short time and I was on my way.
