Open, Honest & Friendly
By far the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so friendly & knowledgeable. I got a great deal on my new truck too! I am so happy! If you want zero hassle and zero haggling this is the place to go. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Predatory behavior towards military members
I am an Active-Duty Naval Officer. I have had one of the worst car-buying experiences with this dealership. I never really sit down and type out this much for reviews, but the people need to know. I made a deal over the phone to buy this Tesla Model S Performance and, in return, trade-in my Cadillac. I have been speaking with two guys, Carlos and Ralph. Carlos has been immensely helpful and has shown me everything I wanted over face time. On the other hand, Ralph was one of the cockiest disrespectful egotistical person I have ever met. Ralph was the finance guy, and getting my finances sorted out was unnecessarily complex and cumbersome. He sounded like he was doing me a major favor by selling the car. That in and of itself should have been a major red flag, but I still proceeded(because I’m an idiot). After getting all the finances sorted out, I drove about 1000 miles(30 hours) round trip to trade in my car and pick up the Tesla. I ensured everything was set with finance before I made the trip. After I arrived, they looked at my Cadillac physically before they took the keys and approved the trade-in. I ensured they knew what they were getting and what I was receiving. There were some issues with the Tesla that they were selling. Some scratches and dents in the rear bumper. And a whole trim piece falling off from the front. Also, they installed the wrong size tires. I asked if they could help with any of that, and they said everything is as is, and they are selling the car at a loss, so they can’t help with these things. Keep in mind they know that I have driven for a while to get there, so in a way, they sorta got me. Like, I have to buy a car. Otherwise, this trip would be a waste for me. I bought the Tesla and drove the 15-hour drive back home. I was approved for up to 43k and took a loan out for 33k. So I can get another 10k if I want to. Two days go by, and super shady stuff begins. I got a message from them saying they cannot accept my Cadillac because what they quoted for it was 10k more than what it is worth. I was like, well, the deal is done, we’ve already signed paper works, you guys saw the Cadillac in person, and at this point, you’ve already accepted the car. They were being complete jerks and gave me two options. I either pay the extra 10k or have the deal unwind. If I do not do that, they will report the car stolen. I was quite literally shocked. They knew I was approved for the extra 10k, so they thought I’d agree and pay for it. Mainly because they know it would be such a hassle to deal with unwinding the deal for me. When I reminded them that this was a done deal and they had to send the title paperwork to the DMV, they just flat-out disagreed. Ralph, the biggest xxxxxxx I have ever met, proceeded to threaten me with criminal charges and said they have done this many times and know how this works. His whole tone is quite condescending and very disrespectful. He or the dealership quite literally does not give a single xxxx about their customers. They messed up, and instead of owning up to their mistakes, they made me go through all this hassle, hoping that I’d comply since it would be such an inconvenience for me if I didn’t. Whatever they did was unethical, and not sending the title to my bank AFTER the deal had been made is not lawful. They knew that I was in the military and had minimal time to deal with such circumstances, so they took full advantage of the situation. Very unethical and disrespectful. I proceeded to unwind the deal and get my car back. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. This place does not care about its customers, and I would highly recommend going elsewhere. And to Ralph and the management, if you are reading this, I hope ya’ll sleep well at night knowing how terrible of a person you all are.
Mr. Mohsin, you are forgetting that YOU input your car as a Platinum AWD CT6, maybe it was a mistake, maybe you tried putting us together. We may never know, however we brought it to your attention that it was a Luxury CT6 when the 3rd party you had sold it to brought it to our attention. We appreciate your service but we do not appreciate your misleading Trade in Valet or us about your car. We even brought your car back to you in an enclosed trailer. It is a wildly inaccurate statement to claim we prey upon military members. We have multilple military employees and we proudly support all our veterans and their families. By the way Ralph is a military veteran.

Went in had no hassle Ronnie my Salesperson was great and friendly. Ask what I wanted for my car and within 10 minutes I was in my car. I love my Toyota and Ronnie thanks for help. I would recommend Ronnie if you can get him for a deal. Thanks again man..

You all are liars
I bought a truck from you.took 6 months to get the title so I could get my sticker.the owner mike told us to help compensate he would fix the truck.it needs a Pittman arm.jeremy in parts called and said it was a go and we only had to pay a small amount.now today we find out mike decided it costs too much so we have to pay the full amount.you guys do nothing but LIE.i hate liars...my truck is still at your shop.suppose to be done with glow plug by this afternoon.

Best Purchase Experience I’ve Ever Had!!!!!
This was my first brand new vehicle purchase and the whole process was really enjoyable. After several terrible experiences with other dealerships in the surrounding area and battling an extremely short list of inventory in the local market, I almost gave up searching for my next truck. I would highly recommend Daniel DerryBerry to anyone looking to make a purchase from here. I traded in a vehicle on a 2021 Silverado 2500HD, they installed step bars and a grill guard with bumper while I was there so I didn’t have to come back. Everyone on the staff was polite. There were NO frustrating back and forth exchanges with the “Man behind the curtain”. Go in there with realistic expectations and you will receive an enjoyable and flawless process.
