This dealership has gone out of it's way to service our vehicle. We live 100 miles away and they find a way to fit us in their schedule and everyone is so friendly and courteous. Their pricing is fair and the use of a car while ours is being serviced allows us to do our errands while in the valley. A big thumbs up to this dealership

I purchased a 2010 Acura Tsx from North Scottsdale Acura. I just want to say that this is my first Acura, I've been a loyal Honda customer for 15 years! The dealership treats you like you are special. Everyone that I have dealt with at the dealership has been customer service oriented and they follow through with what they say. Caelen was a great salesperson very knowledgeable and fun. He did what he said and I had a very good experiance. I would definitely recommend them!

I understand that I may receive a survey to provide my comments on my car buying experience, but I wanted to take the initiative to thank Acura North Scottsdale and the sales team for their professionalism and service. I turned in a leased TSX for a new RDX. I have been a big fan of Acura but now I am a bigger fan of the team at Acura North Scottsdale. I would like to personally thank Matt Franze and Ed Jones for their help and assistance. I shopped different makes and models around the valley and the sales team at Acura North Scottsdale was heads and shoulders above their competition. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and put the customer first. I will be sure to return for any new cars in the future and I will definitely recommend anyone to work with Matt and Ed.

My car door broke at the airport. It was left open with the interior lights on. I contacted the dealor and spoke with Kevin Naylor before boarding the plane. He (without my requesting ) sent a service man to the airport to fix and lock the door. He saved me from having a stressful business trip and a dead battery. Tremendous service.

Our sales experience with Caelen was great. He was professional and very informative. We love our 2010 MDX - a tremendous improvement over our previous 2007 MDX. A recent repair issue was handled flawlessly by Caelen in conjunction with Summer our service representative. Sales and Service have been outstanding.

I give Robyn Enriquez and the dealership all 5's is because they have always been very helpful. Robyn takes care of all THREE of my cars, i wont go to anyone else. I make a 30 minute drive to Acura of North Scottsdale every time i need my car serviced. Robyn and the dealership make life easy for a busy person, they are quick with the service and get you in and out as fast as they can.
