Russ Darrow Metro Mazda was AMAZING in making sure everything was ready for her when she flew in to pick up her car and drive up to school. What a great team! I brought to Bruce’s attention an issue with my steering
I brought to Bruce’s attention an issue with my steering wheel. He assured me he was ordering a new one and would take a week to get it in. After 2 weeks and no correspondence from Russ Darrow, I called for an update. I was told that the order was never placed, but that it would be taken care of immediately. That was a month ago and still no update. My next car will NOT be a Mazda !
