Easiest Decision

The whole process of leasing my son's new Forester was hassle-free from beginning to end. Our sales associate, Eric was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in what can often be a stressful situation.

Purchasing a New EV at Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem

Jared took his time to answer my texts when I had questions. When he didn?t have an answer, he took his time to research the answer. Because this car was something that neither of us had experienced (Subaru?s first EV) his willingness to grow, learn, and remain open was important. We are truly grateful for all of his assistance as we learned about our new car!

Josh is the Best !!!!

Josh , our sales rep. made the whole experience easy. I wish all car salesmen were more like him. He went above and beyond making the whole process easier. He was more then accomadating. Easy to talk to. Genuine. He wasn't trying to get over on you. What an asset to your company.

Joy ride

Dealership drove my 2016 WRX before and after an oil change. Totally unacceptable !! Did not ask for my permission. I'm sure the mechanic had a good time joy riding in my car twice. NEVER AGAIN!!!
