Awesome Experience!

Bryan Lamer was AWESOME! He went above and beyond and made purchasing my first car with financing smooth and seamless (I usually buy my vehicles outright). It was so easy. I was moving across the country and he sent me pictures and followed up with me. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. His timing was perfect and so helpful in allaying my fears of that the vehicle was interested in would slip through my fingers before I could get a chance to get to the dealership. When I arrived, he took me for a test drive and the vehicle lived up to my expectations. Once, I purchased it, he didn't try to push me out the door and move on to someone else. Instead, he made sure I knew how all of the accessories and equipment worked. He even followed up with me after I got the vehicle to make sure I was happy with it. I can't sing his praises enough. If you have to buy a vehicle in the Tempe, AZ area, make sure you get Bryan Lamer! Tyler May, the Finance Manager, was great as well. You will leave not only with a good vehicle but with the feeling of being taken care of and NOT taken advantage of.

Called for appointment for a simple oil change, scheduler...

Called for appointment for a simple oil change, scheduler said 12 noon on friday. I arrived at 1150 and was informed this simple oil change will take 1.5 to 2 hours even though I have an appointment. I expressed.my disappointment in their in ability to finish an appointment oil change under 2 hours but I accepted the delay. I waited 2.45 hours when the rep tells me it will be another hour before my trucks oil change will be done. He informs me the truck hasn't even been started after ive waited 2 hours...Very disappointed. Ive been coming exclusively to Chapman for years for all my service needs. Its clear to me I need to find a different dealership to take my truck service needs to. This service is very disappointing and I will be sure to share my experience so that maybe other can avoid such a terrible experience.

The dealership is authentic, ethical and willing to negotiate with customers. My experience will both Salesperson Jennafer Mitchell and her Manager is positive in both customer experience and financial negotiations. I will have no problems buying my next Chevrolet through Chapman Chevrolet of Tempe, AZ. I previously purchased 2 new vehicles at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale, AZ. My experience was disappointing and 180 degrees from Chapman. I highly recommend a visit there. Don’t waste your time at Vans you’ll only be frustrated and acquire negative feelings about the brand.

The sales representative that I dealt with tried to be helpful. I have never been to a car dealership that is so dysfunctional. from the buildings that you have to go to and the horrible layout of all the buildings. This is an add-on, add-on, add-on with no consideration for the customer who will have to figure out for himself where to go and how to find people. the sales representative had no idea where the car I was looking for was and I spent some time walking the lots. You are typical of big business too many managers and not enough working people, Sorry I cannot give you a favorable rating. it was like the blind leading the blind.

We love Chapman Chevrolet. We’ve been buying cars from Gus Hove for over 25 years. He always takes the time to answer all of our questions and makes sure we get the vehicle that is best for us.
