I HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO BRIAN YOUNG LAST 4 PURCHASES HE IS THE BEST! He always takes care of me and my kids. I have sent him 8 other customers and they have all bought from him. He has always made it so easy to buy from and is extremely genuine. That is also why he has been there 15 years.

Service Advisor Madison is awesome, had warranty/recall work needed on 2022 Chevy Silverado and she had parts ordered, appointment made and kept me updated the whole time and it was ready right when she said it would be. Excellent customer experience.

Beware of misleading prices
Talked to a salesman regarding an internet advertised car. Asked him about any other charges, he said only taxes and fees. Had my mechanic look at the car (needed some work). Started discussing costs and they added "accessories" for $1297, and "F&I Products" for $827 which are basically fees for etching the windows. Salesman wouldn't budge on the price and went on about all the money they put into the car. Asked to speak to the sales manager Jim who finally agreed to sell for internet price plus Taxes and fees (which were listed on the invoice in addition to the aforementioned fees). I said asking price and taxes and fees, no other charges? and he said yes. I agreed. After getting all my info, they give me an invoice with base price, taxes and fees, and the accessories and F&I charges added back in. I called Jim on it and he said "But those are OUR fees", and got an attitude when I refused to pay them and basically hung up on me. Bad experience and waste of time. People like these are what give used car salesmen a bad name.

Professional, Family Run Business with INTEGRITY
I recently purchased a used auto from this dealership. Every person I dealt with was highly professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. Chapman is a family business and you could clearly feel this throughout the experience whether it was dealing with my sales consultant Khaled, Roberto the finance manager, or Libby the extended insurance consultant. Even Aaron in internet sales was highly knowledgeable about my model and spent the time needed with me to make sure I understood the ins and outs of the vehicle I purchased. Finally, Travis who is a sales manager, could not have been a more genuine good guy who took the time to listen to my needs and answer my questions. I highly recommend this dealership as one that has integrity and heart and will go the extra mile to help you buy the car that is right for you...at a super price. Dont trust the listing price from this dealership.
Found a vehicle listed from this dealership for $36k. After contacting their sales team and spending all day emailing back and forth with them they came back and said actually this vehicle is $48k after tax/title and fees. I understand that tax and title will bump the price up over the listed price but not by $13k. They tried to sneak in an extra $7,000 under my nose. This is a perfect example of why I hate buying cars.
