    2nd car I have purchased from Jordan. Very helpful, goes way above & beyond for his clients! Works hard to get you what you want, for the right price. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere and hated it. I went straight back to Jordan and he got me exactly what I wanted for my family. I won't go anywhere else.

    They are very bad from the time you buy on.once you buy your lost. I bought a new Camaro AS now's it's one of Chevrolets most expensive and the paint has terrible orange peel and they won't fix it The has filler tank door was wrong color. I couldn't find out how to change the setting of the Wi-Fi I was told the dealership can't help to call On star but it's expired and no one can help me They make no effort to do so. On the paint they told me it was ok the wait it is.

    Chris Scott is a Sales Manager now. He and Danny where working a deal. Yes our credit situation was not easy we found them dealship to less than honest. We found we did not like the car we were looking at so went other dealerships. Found another SUV we loved. Danny had horrible things to say about it and also was discounting the fact that I had a say in the deal as well. So we went to another chevy dealer thinking we already had financing. We were wrong we found that the interest and payments were from them. Not a loan company. So they flat out lied to us about it. Do not use this dealership to buy your car. This seems to be a reaccuring pattern with complaints on here.

    We dealt primarily with Ray, but everyone was great. Ray was extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with and honest in every step of our shopping and purchase. He took care of a couple of small issues that came up and gave us a great introduction to our new car.

    From 2010 til now I have bought 3 used cars from chapman chevrolet in tempe. The first two deals the service was great. This year I bought a used nissian and I felt rushed and the service was garbage. My regret is that I bought this car that I really didn't even like. The used car manager and salesman I delta with were rudest and just wanted to close a deal. So at the end of the day shame on me for being a loyal customer. One thing for sure I will never spend a dime at chapman chevrolet in tempe again. I only gave one star because no star or negative stars was not an option.

    From 2010 til now I have bought 3 cars from Chapmam. The first two deals everything was great. This last time I was there the used car salesman and manager were rude and I felt rushed through the hole process. My mistake was accepting the deal. Now I am stuck with a car the runs like crap and it was not what I wanted. I was told by the salesman that my credit score was over seven hundred, but yet the deal they gave me was garbage. Shame on me for accepting the deal,but I will never do business with chapman chevrolet in tempe again.

    We placed a $3000 down-payment on a new Chevy Volt that was in-transit. Chapman called us about a week later to tell us that the car was in. When we arrived at the dealership, the car that we had put money on was out front, all shiny and the battery was charged. Our salesperson was 20 minutes late and we had to wait for her. When she arrived we discovered that the car out front was the one that we had put money on, but they had sold it to someone else. Apparently, there are no ethics at this car dealer. The brought in another car for us from another dealer. It was very dirty and you could see where they had started to remove the logo from the other dealer. It had 170 miles on it, so it had seen quite a few test drives. We put money on a new car, straight off of the truck. That is not what we got. They did absolutely nothing to try and make up for this. We had to drive home on gas since they didn't have time to charge our substitute car. They seemed to have plenty of time to clean and charge the one that we paid for. We are very unsatisfied and will not be going there for service and will never purchase another vehicle from Chapman. These guys are exactly the stereotype of a sleazy used car salesman.

    We wanted to purchase a new Chevy Volt, but the one that we wanted was in transit. We placed a $3000 down payment on it. When the car arrived we went to the dealer to finish the transaction. When we arrived it was out front, sparkling clean with the battery charged. We discovered that even though this was the car that we had put money on, they had sold it to someone else. They brought in another car from another dealer. It was covered in dirt and had the other dealers logo partially in tact. We had planned on a new car straight off of the truck, but instead got one with 170 miles on it. It had obviously been on a few test drives. They didn't care that we had put money on a specific vehicle. The salesperson was 20 minutes late for our appointment. All-in-all, it was a very disappointing experience. They did eventually clean up the car but we couldn't drive home on electric power since they didn't have time to charge it. We will not be getting service there and will never buy another car from Chapman.

    My husband had some rebates from GM so instead of giving us all the rebates they put one of the rebates toward our trade in value of my daughters truck. Plus lights kept going off that day and they were supposed to buy us lunch and didn't - this dealership is very crooked DO NOT BUY HERE, we're not friendly until they realized we were serious about buying. They took forever which should have been our clue to leave
