I went to Chapman Chevrolet looking for a used car that

I went to Chapman Chevrolet looking for a used car that my 4’ 10” wife could see out of and drive safely. Found a Jeep that seemed to fit and bought it, but then discovered a large blind spot. Went back the next day and bought a new Chevrolet Trax and they bought the Jeep back. After a few misunderstandings and changes we are happy with our new vehicle. I would like to thank Keyon Bryant and Luisa for their help and understanding. Also, thanks to Danny Ortiz for his professionalism with the final work. Mr Chase Gibbs was also very pleasant to work with. Thanks to all

Everyone was very helpful.

Roosevelt made my decision to buy incredibly easy. He was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend seeing him for your next purchase. I was picking up my wife's car and was window shopping. The rest is history!

Purchased a 2024 Trax active from Chapman Chevrolet on

Purchased a 2024 Trax active from Chapman Chevrolet on 8/15. After driving it around the day after I noticed that the gas pedal was not getting released as easily. The gas pedal bumps into the right panel and it is indented by the front of the foot and there is a bump towards my ankle. Making my right foot angled while stepping on the gas pedal. More difficult if I am wearing flip flops. I returned to the dealer and mentioned it to the salesman and that I would like to unwind the trade. He told he will get a hold of me on Monday. He never did. Decided to drive to the dealership and the manager said that I would lose a lot for them to buy it back. Paid about $31k. Manager gave a quote of $20k per KBB he says. At this point the car had 91 miles. Salesman again consoled me that he will see if service department can adjust the way gas pedal is setup. On Friday salesman called and informed me that service department could not do anything about the pedal. When I got home I got a letter from finance company that my loan was not approved? Left a message with Chapman’s finance manager. No call back. This 2024 Trax is not safe in my opinion. Worse when I drove to work and got home my right ankle was sore from driving at an angle. Not only is it not safe it is uncomfortable. To top that I am dealing with an unprofessional dealership whose only concern is profit not the well being of their customer.

Madison K. Excellent Service

Madison K. was amazing. She administered the most thorough check in and informed me of the services due for my vehicle on the spot. I have been bringing my vehicles to this dealership for over 20 years and this was the best service I have ever encountered. She takes her job seriously and her updates were timely and appreciated.

Don't Buy from Chapman Chevy

Bought 4 high end new cars for cash since 2010 from the Chapman dealerships in the valley of the sun. Ordered a 2023 Camaro in March 2023 and was told I have an allocation and the car will be built. Got no follow up from sales guy Ray Russo or anyone else there. Have docs that show order and allocation. Went to the dealership in early November 2023 when I got back to Phoenix and was told I am getting no 2023 or 2024 Camaro and production is closed. Never would buy from these people again Sad that customer satisfaction is gone...

Good place to work with!!

Great place and good people! Me and my family have purchased 7 vehicles for Duane Phillips over the past 8 years. He always is fair and easy to deal with which when buying any vehicle gives me some piece of mind. When working with Chapman for service they are attentive and do a good job at a fair price.
