On our 1st service and tire rotation on our company’s new 26 Dodge ProMaster van after we left the dealership the check tire light came on the technician that rotated the tires had put 80 psi in the front and 65 psi in the rear we called the service dept and notified them of the mistake but because we were ten miles away we took the van home and fixed it ourselves. On the 2nd service and tire rotation when we pulled in we was greeted by Chynna Kohler she asked us what she could do for us today we explained to her what had happened with the last service she made a note and took the van back she notified the technician of what had happened and to make sure the tires had 65 in the front and 80 in the back, after the service was completed we took the van and headed home we got about a mile from the dealership and the check tire light came on the front tires had 85 psi rear had 70 psi in rear then the check engine light came on we turned around and went back after getting out of the van to talk to the greeter we noticed oil was pouring out underneath the van, the technician had forgotten to tighten the oil filter and put the tire pressure backwards again. 80 front 65 rear. Chynna was very helpful and even drove us to lunch because the shuttle van was not available while the shop manger took care of the van. It took approximately 6 hrs for this service, the shop manager gave me a coupon for a free car wash at a place around the corner but they didn’t take it because the van was too tall and wanted to charge over $100 for a wash. But we highly recommend recommend Chynna Kohler for a raise.
