Just bought a brand new 2024 Nissan Rogue took it back at

Just bought a brand new 2024 Nissan Rogue took it back at less then 100 miles due to a deformity in the drivers side tire. They moved the deformed tire to the rear and sent me on my way! Apparently customer lives mean nothing to dealerships anymore. All they said was you have insurance and sent me on my way knowing that the tire wouldn’t pass a vehicle inspection in any state! Thanks so much for sending me down the highway playing Russian roulette with my life it is greatly appreciated

Buying a car made easy

Always a wonderful experience with Jeff Magnusen. His product knowledge is by far the best in the business and is always very helpful. Mike Saxe always gives good guidance with finance and is extremely trustworthy. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

Nissan Service Department is Awesome

We were taken immediately on arriving, service reps were friendly and knowledgeable, and servicing was quick an efficient. We were on our way home in a very reasonable amount of time.

William is one of the most patient, kind, caring, all around amazing sales man.. This is the 4th vehicle purchased between my mother and I through William and each time the buying experience has been exceptional.. I will return to William for any future purchases..

Excellent Experience

I purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport with the excellent assistance of William, Sales Professional. William was very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. He made this experience quite easy, and he was very patient in explaining every detail of this vehicle. My tour of the facility was incredible. The entire building was exceptionally organized, clean, and welcoming. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. I felt like I was gaining a new family. Good Job!

A process I have always detested, made tolerable!

My daughter purchased from the Horseheads center many years ago and was pleased about the process. I know of the franchise due to my long time residency in the village. I do not tolerate pushy salespeople. when I have a question about anything I will ask and from that first "interaction" will determine whether I will make an association with that person first, salesperson second, and a relationship that will be a good faith / fair negotiation and one marked by respect given to and from both individuals. Travis W.Johns, after our initial encounter, was the person I chose to "help" me through an activity I have loathed my entire adult,car purchasing, existence to date. I am 76 almost 77 and in the "autumn" of my years. many of my leaves have fallen, and consequently am not sure how many more seasons of life I have left, and leaves left to fall, but if I need to endure once again the trauma of purchasing another vehicle, and Travis W. Johns is still a PERSON employed by Simmons-Rockwell, I do believe another "gentleman's agreement" will be realized. Raymond T. Hall, often referred to as the cranky old coot...lol.

Nice place

Drove 2 hours to see a Rogue,staff was super,no pressure,Did buy it,Great price.Had a issue that nissan in clay would not help with,called ken in service,Had to bring it to him,however ken and sue gave me a loaner fixed my issue and brought it back to me,Who does that?Great sales people Great service dept,Nice ,Would buy again,prices are reasonable compared to upstate

Great Experience

I am LOVING my Rogue! I dread the whole car shopping experience but from the moment I walked in the door, the Nissan Simmons Rockwell Team made me feel welcomed and at ease. Jason Brewster was my salesman and he was AMAZING from start to finish. He was patient and honest with me. I didn‘t feel rushed or pushed into anything. He listened to me and helped me to feel secure in knowing that I was making the best decision and worked hard to find a vehicle that fit my needs and price range. This was not my first purchase from Simmons Rockwell and it definitely won‘t be my last! Thank you Jason and Team for a great experience!
