We were 3hrs from home when my car was practically

We were 3hrs from home when my car was practically undriveable, but was able to get it to Trend. The front desk was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with in a car dealership; AND the service department were able to fix my car THAT DAY...as a drive in with no appointment. Maybe it was luck, or maybe it was incredible service- or both. But in my 49 years, I've NEVER had service like that at a dealer or independent shop. Would 100% work with this location in the future.

Great deal

We know Mr. Glen for many years. Very clean deal. This is my second lease . I bought Tiguan for my son- in- law also.

This is my second time leasing with VW in Rockaway.

This is my second time leasing with VW in Rockaway. Anthony Cagno is the best ! He got us the deal we wanted for me and my mom. We were in and out in 1.5 hour with a new car. By far the easiest and quickest car buy ! I highly recommend Anthony and Trend VW !

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! Service department is horrible and ALL they do is try and rip you off. They just charged me $400 to change out the headlights and we got the car it was even fixed needed to wait another hour for the to correct with some more excuses. Pleas stay away, they define the word xxxxxxx!

I will say that they were nice.

I will say that they were nice. Unfortunately that is the best thing I can say. I called and made an appointment. I had to wait two weeks to get my car in. I was told that it would have to be evaluated ( of course) and then they could tell me how long it would take and how much it would cost. When I arrived for my appointmen 15 minutes early. I was told there was no way my car could be looked at that day but I could leave it and be shuttled home. They would call me at an undetermined time in the future to let me know how much and when they could get to it. I thought that was what my appointment was for. Otherwise, why did I have to wait two weeks? I was also told that the evaluation of my car would cost 165$. No one had mentioned that either. No Thanks.

My daughter bought a car from them , her first experience

My daughter bought a car from them , her first experience was great but this time was not. They said she has something wrong with her trans with no codes coming at all so they can low ball her trade in. The topper was she was given her car purchased with no gas. That's bad business & we will never go back again.
