Be very careful with this dealer. The will sell you cars >7 years and sell "As-Is", they are not liable for anything once it leaves the lot. I bought a... car from them, later found leaks everywhere, and car needed multiple MAJOR repairs. My advice is buy a car that is protected under Lemon Law.

Bought from auto care a 2005 Mazda 6 for my son, so far the car runs great with no issues. I came from Greenwich CT all the way up in Vernon to buy it,... they registered the car for me. They responded to my calls and my emails. When we got the car, the gasoline tank was nearly full.

I was shopping for a SAAB 9-3 in the area of Manchester-Vernon-Harttford and came across this dealership. The two salesmen in charge (Frank and Eddie)... were fast, friendly and helpful. The guys are very honest and very decent. They made my car buying experience hassle free. They installed new air filters to my 2005 SAAB, new brakes, new Cabin Filter, checked the safety, installed new oil filter and changed the oil, replaced the battery and the interior floor mats. I'm writing this review because I'm very happy with what I got. I know this is irrelevant to a car review, but while I was waiting for my car to get ready, the crew bought me lunch :) and their hospitality was great. Where to start? I bought a 05 jeep low miles good price , the filling out the paper work was good , getting the car register was good, but please review... the paper work and get copies , the guy told me it pass the emission so when it was time to register the truck he gave me the run around . Until i found out there was an check engine light on . What ever they did they register the truck when i got the truck airbags was not working . 10 minutes into driving it engine light back on . I returned the truck he said he would fix it take it to a dealer to check it out . It took two full months before anything to work if i had the truck for 48 hours straight thats alot of time . When finally the had some result they went the cheap way it had an exhaust leak 02sensor were bad the car was running lean . Till now the car make noise that was not there before i cal back and he said he give a call to fix it that sebody left sething loose . That was a month ago and no call i took matters in my own hand and had a real machanic work on it . They never bother to call with news or anything i have about 50 call i placed to them and 2 calls they made towards me . I have pirchased car before and never had to deal with this situation . Im a good customer that bring potential buyer to dealers but auto care dont deserve it . I would never never never go there again .
