Péssimo

Péssimo atendimento , assim como todos , só querem seu dinheiro , a comissão que vc tem pra oferecer , prometem o mundo e não cumprem nem a um terço , pq se eu dizer a metade estarei mentindo , eu levei quase um mês pra pegar meu carro , e agora ele estragou e simplesmente me disseram que iria arrumar e me entregar no sábado , mais nem um feedback eu tive , só fui descobrir ue meu carro só m seria na segunda pq eu fui atrás ,. E eu vou perder um dia de trabalho com uma filha pequena dentro de casa sem carro e sem trabalhar. PESSIMOS só sabem oferecer água ficou café. Me poupe , seus clientes valem mais que isso uma vez que somos nós pagamos seus salários, sejam no mínimo honesto e francos

Dishonest

My husband bought a car there and I didn't like it so on the next day when he try to return the car they keep his deposit and its not giving it back. It is MA laws that you can return a car within 7 days of purchase and get you full money back. But they are not giving back. So be aware of there dishonesty

Stay away!

Beware! Stay away from this business. Very dishonest people. I was sold a car less than a month ago and started hearing noise coming from the front end(chassis flex and twisting). I thought it was something minor. After an inspection it turns out the car sustained MAJOR DAMAGE the the underbody(Left quarter panel/rockers). I was not aware of this since carfax reported it as a clean title. Yuri, the Owner of this business is very insensitive. You’d think being a Veteran and a first responder would mean something to this small business during this Covid-19 crisis. He insisted that the holes in the body, and the severe rust and damage to the underside is “WEAR AND TEAR” and that technically he doesn’t have to do anything for me if he doesn’t want to. I understand the car is a 15 year old VW R32. That however does not justify the price I paid for this car which was 5k over market value for something with significant damage that was NOT DISCLOSED TO ME! The solution they offered is to post the car for sale and pay me back when another person buys the car. Now I am stuck paying for a car I don’t want and making repairs that will cost me 2000 dollars. Do yourself the favor and stay away from this business unless you like being lied to and working with people with no integrity or sense of ownership for their products.

Jeep Liberty 2005

I bought the 2005 Jeep at Massa Auto for $ 4,500 in cash, with which I spent a lot of stress, headache, embarrassment and shame. Since the first week of purchase the car has had problems, when accelerating it fails and jerks and chokes. I called the salesman who asked to refuel or car with quality gasoline, yet the problem continued. I took the car to check the injection light on and spent a day repairing the mechanics of the Mass Auto. The following week the car would not start, then I went to Mass Auto again and they changed the alternator. The car again, died again and lost the brake. With a comings and goings the one month warranty period is over, they said they could not do anything else, because the guaranteed Massachusetts law agreement is only one month. Not knowing what to do, I called to resolve a situation, because they sold me a broken car. With this stress I had a migraine, irritable bowel and slept badly. Finally, I returned to the store because I was about to go to a court case to resolve the situation. So they made the proposal to buy the jeep for US $ 3,000, I accepted, because I already felt physically and psychologically exhausted. Finally, I lost $ 1,500 in cash that I collected to buy a car. I do not recommend the store.

I bought my legacy gt from them and hado nothing but problems with the check engine light came on I brought it back and the said the fixed it came back on so I went back a few times for the same issue they replaced the transmission and still have the same issue with it I called them a few times and when it went in for service they said that there was nothing wrong with it I would not buy from them

Pretty Good Guys, Pleasant Experience

Bought my son a SUV there a coole of weeks ago, pretty straight up foward guys, I delt with a gentleman named Thiago, friendly guy, I was impressed to see a smaler lot run such a clean operation. Fair price, car is great so far.

They approved me with a low credit score! Thumbs

Well my credit was ruined after a divorce, found these guys Hernanes stopped by their SHREWSBURY lot on my way back to work, they approved me on a second chance program, I was impressed after being denied a loan on cople other places. Long story short bought my car there with Jc, great service, I am pretty happy with the deal I got on my 2009 Maxima. ????
