Shaddy Dealer practices, RUN FOREST RUN!!

I was in the market for a bigger vehicle to accommodate my needs and of course my dog. My sister said she knew one of the sales reps, so I said let's go give it a look. When I got there, they told me they needed inventory really bad so giving me what I owed on my car shouldn't be a problem. Of course, got a low-ball offer of $3,000 for a 55,000 2010 Mazda. ($12,000 Blue book value) said I'd just put a down instead of a trade in, I can't lose money like that. Decided to just look around the lot and see what they had. Ty the sales rep ended up showing me a 2012 Nissan Titan with 71,000 miles. Now I already wasn't comfortable with the milage, but he assured me nothing was wrong with the truck. It is a nice-looking truck inside and out. They don't buy "lemons". They wanted $32,900 for it. It was fully loaded and seemed like a decent rig, so I said let's crunch some numbers and see where we're at. Ended up agreeing on $28,900. (As I was on the test drive, I found this out after I had bought the truck from them, Ty had tried to get my sister to go into the bathroom and have sex with him.) Would have walked right then and there or most likely been in jail for giving him a bloody nose. What a xxx! Everything seemed fine at first.... then about 2 weeks down the road I started to hear a grinding noise coming from the engine bay (or so I thought). I called them and they wanted me to come in (from Salem) so their "mechanic" could take a look at it. Of course, to no surprise he couldn't find the issue. Sent me on my way with no answers. I decided to bite the bullet and just take it to Nissan of Salem so they could run an inspection on it. Mind you this cost me $200 just for that. A few days later they called me with a laundry list of things that were needing to be fixed. Totaling almost $9,000. (Both differentials needed replaced, Drivers side CV axle, all wheel bearing, muffler was going bad, and to top it off they had sprayed the frame black to hide all the rust that had ate away at all the clamps.) Was without the truck I was making monthly payments on for a little over 3 months. Now fast forward to July of 2022, I had traded the truck in because I couldn't keep paying all the repairs that were non-stop. I sent in the paperwork to cancel the Warranty and GAP insurance. Haven't heard anything from them since July when they sent my paperwork, I call them, and they haven't even started the process yet. And remind you it's by the month that they base your refund off of. If I don't hear anything back from them tomorrow, I will be contacting a lawyer and the better business bureau. I'm done with the games and hope everyone else is too! Word of advice...STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADDY DEALER.

Happy with my Gladiator

Called on a 21 gladiator stock # 7682. said interested if it was like new no damage or dings. Sammy said it was flawless. So I bought it unseen on his words> Very apprehensive.I think we all have dealer doubts. Well guess what gladiator was shipped and arrived exactly as described. Could not be happier

DO NOT buy from them unless you want a money pit.

They make fraudulent sales. Be careful. They buy used cars, spray paint the bottom, tell you everything works, and then within 5 months, you end up spending more on fixing the vehicle than the price you bought it for. We bought a 2018 and were told it was in perfect condition. got home and it was leaking oil out of the crank case, the flat bed was broken, a broken U joint in the first month, and many other problems. BUYERS BE AWARE

love my new f350

loved the experience. great great people. they gave me exactly what i wanted for my trade without any hassle and i have to say that was the first dealership to do so. they had me in and out in no time. sammy was great to deal with and was straight forward the whole time. there was no hidden fees or anything it was a very pleasant experience. my mom bought from here and now i see why. great peeps

Cars planet buyer be ware

When I ask salesman about 2nd key fob and key I was told it would be mailed as it was to late in the day and the lady that handles that was gone. After two weeks and no key I called about it. Even had a man call me back after my first call to them I was told a completely different story. End result is I was deceived by this place and will have to purchase the new key fob and key. All BUYERS BEWARE

professional crew

So I came here for a vw diesel but i had no idea my credit was so shot lol super embarrassing. but the team here was actually super cool. they didn't treat me any different and they actually worked with me. the finance manager Sammy took his time to go over the credit with me and explained what was really hurting my credit and what i had to do to improve it. i was shocked that he did this because it showed that they really cared. long story after spending about a hour with me i ended up not buying a car that day but left with a lot of information on how to rebuild my credit. well after talking to a bunch of family members i got some cash together and headed back to carz planet. the main reason why i went back was because of the class act of professionalism that the sammy and his whole team treated me with. obviouosly their main intention is to sell cars but they actually went out of their way to inform me on how to build my credit and the reason why i couldnt get my dream car. so i went back in to see them with a lot of cash down and sammy kept to his word and helped get me into a auto loan. i didn't get my dream car but at least i got a car and i can start building my credit. its been a working progress but at the end of the day all that matters is that im happy. i just really want to thank everyone for making this a reality for me. the whole process was painless and just made it fun and easy for me. it was a great experience. and i actually ended up with a really nice and even with my poor credit i got a super good interest rate which im very happy about. here is a pic of the vw beetle i wanted which is super nice but im still happy with my toyota camry i got. super happy customer here and ill make sure everyone in town knows to come to carz planet and see my guy sammy! thanks again!
