I was interested in a vehicle they had for sale on a national website. When it was discovered that I wanted to complete a remote purchase, they stated their policy is that you have to be present to sign docs and drive the car off the lot. There’s so many car dealers that complete remote sales but they wouldn’t do it. They are behind on the times…

Stay far away from this dealership!!! I was scammed on a used vehicle. They sold me a defective engine and they denied fixing it. They told me "SOLD AS IS" . I have reported them to the BAR and to the California DMV Dealership Fraud Team . They also scammed me for $3,400 on a faulty Extended Warranty. They did not pay back my bank for that cancelled warranty. They are a bunch of LIARS and CROOKS that give you the runaround!!! The owner is a crooks, the salesmen are crooks and con artists. The managers is a crook and a liar!!! I have all of their names on emails and they all have been documented in notes and email with the agencies I mentioned and with my bank. If you are planning to buy and car or truck.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Don't bother if you're trying to purchase a vehicle from out of state. I buy several cars a year for work. Most of them get purchased and shipped in from out of state. I pay for vehicle transport. I was told I needed to be there in person to buy a car from Vista Motors. A company policy they aren't willing to negotiate or work around. There is not a single step in the car buying process I don't have clean safe solutions for but this dealership is simply unwilling to work with me to buy a car. So.. if you're out of state with a fist full of cash and looking to buy a car, don't bother wasting your time here, spend it elsewhere.

Stay away!!! Bait tactics. I wished to purchase a car, dealership ‘options’ included paint protection, glass etching and supposedly car recovery system / anti auto theft. Additional $4K more. These options were non negotiable. I spoke to several employees, the manager stated he has the option NOT to sell his car if the customer doesn’t like the new price! Incredible that this location is in business. Plain liars! Stay away

The advertised price does not include $3000 for local dealer (supposedly pre installed) add ons... $2K for BS theft recovery tracking and $1K paint protection. I was told they have these "add ons" on every car. They would not "uninstall" the $100 tracking device they are charging $2000 for.

Extremely fast purchase, easy and very friendly dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. Will make another purchase from them in the future.

Be Warned. That great price they advertise is false. This dealer gets you in the door, then declares that they add a mandatory dealer accessory charge of 3995 for some BS anti-theft system and paint protection.

It went really well. Came in and saw a car immediately and they came to assist us right away. We got straight into it and walked out with a good deal. My first car ever! And now I’m off to college all thanks to this dealership. Great services and off to my the beginning of my adventures in the world.
