Exceptional car buying experience

Awesome!

After an exhausting day of looking at other dealerships with absolutely no help and terrible customer service skills, I met great people who not only found exactly what I was looking for, but were very nice too!!!

A fabulous experience!!!

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online and contacted Matt Miller, with whom I had done business in the past. I was pleased to hear he is now in charge of internet sales and he quickly arranged for me to test drive the car I was interested in buying for my daughter, a new driver. After some in depth conversation regarding AWD vs. FWD, I was offered a handsome deal on the car I test drove and I returned the following day for my purchase. Rob Sidley was my salesperson for the remainder of the transaction and Joe Rusyniak finished out the purchase in the Finance Department. What a great group of guys and a credit to the dealership! They all worked so well together to make the whole process seamless and stress-free. I also want to give a shout out to Ian in the Service Department. I have been taking my Hyundai there for years and he is always a top-notch professional and goes out of his way to guarantee satisfaction each time. I very highly recommend Mentor Hyundai and look forward to continuing to place my trust in them every time the need arises.

Easy and fair

I went to Classic to test drive a Sonata and Elantra. Several days later I purchased an Elantra. I liked that they understood I would be looking at other cars before making a decision. They gave me all the info I needed and I made a decision on my timeline. They handled my trade in and paperwork promptly. Easy experience and I love the car!

Oral surgeon assistant

This dealership has been the most friendly and easiest dealer I found to work with. I shopped around and was really was impressed with my salesman, he was so knowledgable and helped me understand what I was buying and how to use all of the features. It has been 14 years since I have purchased a new car.

My Best Interest

I visited this dealer first to test drive a Genesis G80 soon after the auto show. Rob Sidley was my sales professional, but Scott Yee also helped with appraising my trade-in. They both did a great job, including explaining the various options for obtaining a new Genesis. I returned with my wife for a second test drive of the G80 and we decided to test drive the G90 as well. Again, Rob was a great host exhibiting great patience to carefully explain both vehicles to my wife and I. Then he put together a complete set of numbers for us for both vehicles for 3 different options on each: buy outright, finance the purchase, or lease. He and Scott carefully explained the advantages and disadvantages for each, always from the perspective of what was best for us, not them. They were terrific. We had never leased before, but the leasing option for a new G90 that we chose was DRAMATICALLY better financially than either of the purchasing options and so we went that way. My most recent visit was to pick up the new car, and everything was ready so that the vast majority of the time I spent with Rob was for him to now go over the car with me in great detail to prepare me to drive it safely and enjoyably. I was so well prepared that I took my wife, son, and daughter-in-law out for dinner in downtown Cleveland just a couple of hours after I picked up the car. I did extensive research about the Genesis, and the G90 is ranked 2nd in the large luxury car segment by U. S. News and World Report. The Cleveland Better Business Bureau has given Classic Genesis an outstanding rating, so I feel very, very comfortable working with them. I am happy to recommend both the vehicle and the dealership to anyone interested in a new luxury vehicle.
