Recall on my 2017 Kia Sportage.
I did receive a call back for Bob Moore dealership concerning my recall and the gentleman was very professional and very nice and made me an immediate appointment to take care of this problem that can cause electrical fires so I would just like to give a shout out to Mike who called me back and to the dealership for following through I appreciate them so much.karen

Financed a used car, beware
The sales agents are great. Beware the finance department. The do not practice full disclosure. They do not go over line by line item. The finance manager added his commission in the form of a product increase fee. This is a shady practice utilized by finance managers to increase their commission. Unless you point it out, because they won’t, you have to catch it and question it.
Excellent salesman and Finance Office
This was a great experience for me. It was first time ever buying a car myself and paying for it myself. I found the 3018 Kia Sportage w/Turbo on Cars.com. It said to go to the dealership to set apt up. Got there about 7:45pm. Test drive the vehicle. Loved the car. It was a one owner w/36000 miles, no accidents and all the bells and whistles you would want or need. I purchased it that night. Brought my trade-in on the following Monday. Everything was taken card of that night. If you want a speedy process and a great deal go to Bob Moore Kia Northwest!

A month after purchasing a vehicle we still hadn't received any paperwork for the title nor were we told they changed the bank we were to get a loan through. We spent 2 weeks trying to reach someone only to be passed off to voice mail. When we finally spoke to someone were were told that it was legal for them to use our signatures for loan applications to a different bank than we originally signed for without telling us and that it wasn't their responsibility to make sure we got any paperwork for the title because the bank already paid them.

The car buying experience at Bob Moore was, by far, the least painful one of my life. It was enjoyable and relatively timely in comparison to others.

Dalon’s customer service was excellent! He is very professional but didn’t make me feel as if what he was doing was JUST a job. He explained what future repairs/service I may need. My wait time was very reasonable. I will highly recommend my Kia friends to this location.

I bought a vehicle on June 17. It was contingent on the dealer having the air conditioner and steering fixed. I have been in a loaner vehicle ever since that time. I cannot express how difficult it has been to get updates on the status of the vehicle. The sales lady Lauren quit returning my calls after about a week. The service shop was extremely rude to me when I called to try and get an update, especially when I stated that I wanted to just come pick it up so that I could go on the vacation I scheduled for my family. They have been working on the a/c since I bought it. This dealership, though Kia, is in the same group as a Ram dealership, yet somehow it is beyond these people to get an air conditioner fixed in a reasonable timeframe. I have gotten the same excuse about the lack of return calls “we have the wrong phone number for you.” To which I explain, that’s why I leave you the correct number with every single message. (The reason they have the wrong number is because the salesperson was sloppy and put the wrong information in the system, which I corrected repeatedly through the buying process). It has been a month, and I still don’t have my vehicle to drive. I’m not interested in ever buying from Bob Moore Kia again.

Superb customer service!
Bob Moore Kia sales and service facility is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Great amenities, snacks, drinks, comfortable seating, WiFi, charging stations and more. I brought my car in for routine maintenance. Dalon in service was courteous, attentive, and kept me updated. We purchased our car here, and it was also a pleasant experience. And did I mention...I love love my Kia Stinger! It’s a real pleasure to drive!

Great service on the sliding door motor
Excellent service on replacing the sliding door motor on my Kia Sedona. They replaced both door motors and did so in a timely fashion. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.
