Wayne Runnels was wonderful to work with during our shopping experience! (We dislike car shopping!) Bob Moore was our first stop. Wayne helped us decide which model and trim package. After the test drive, we explained there were a couple of other brands that we wanted to look at before making a decision. Wayne was totally understanding and absolutely no pressure. After a couple of other car dealerships, we called Wayne and said we are on our way back to complete the purchase. Wayne walked us through the process, and it was quick! Definitely would recommend Bob Moore Kia and Wayne Runnels!

William Ernst was an amazing sales man he listened to what we needed as far as budget and payment and helped us get our New Kia Carnival. We also worked with John for financing and the man worked magic with the loan companies. We have definitely found a new dealership “home”.

I am truly thankful for Levi, my new service advisor. I've been coming here for service since I purchased my K5 in 2022. I had an issue with a wireless charger years ago - and the previous service advisor I had let me know it was covered under my factory warranty - and that he had ordered the charger and it would come in soon. Months went by and I never received any update - so I reached out and was told that it was on back order... Fast forward another few months - called again - and was told he was still waiting on it to come in. I felt like I was bugging him, so I just decided to wait for the update.. A year or so has now passed.. and every time I called in - I expressed my frustration - and was told someone would get back to me with an update - that never happened. I had to take my vehicle in for a recall recently - and was connected with Levi. I spoke with Levi about my wireless charger issue and after approximately two years - Levi was the first person I worked / spoke with that actually called me back and gave me an update. The part was never ordered - and my factory warranty was expired at this point. Levi let me know he was going to try his best to get this resolved for me... He got back to me within a few hours and let me know he was able to connect with Mike - and they are going to get it taken care of. They had ordered the part which will now be here within a week after years of the run around. Customer Service truly goes a long way. If Levi wouldn't have stepped up, been communicative, and helped me - I would still be here waiting on a part that was never ordered. This would have been a one-star review, but Levi communicated with me, he was transparent, and he took care of my problem in a timely manner. Kudos to him, I truly appreciate his help. Also, Evan works in sales there, and he's pretty amazing at his job - so if you're looking for a new vehicle hit up Evan... and if you're looking for an amazing service advisor... hit up Levi. They both will have you covered!!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Bob Moore Kia nearly a month ago, and the post-sale experience has been incredibly disappointing. My paper tag has now expired, leaving me with a vehicle I cannot legally drive. After personally coordinating between the tag agency and Service Oklahoma, I discovered the delay was due to a dealership error in the pre-registration. Despite speaking to three different people in the finance office, including two who promised callbacks that never happened, the issue remains unresolved. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution and a return call immediately.

Receiving a Service Reminder prompted me to finally write a review of this facility. We bought a new, 2023 Kia Telluride in April 2023. Since then, there has been at least 5 recalls and several warranty trips to the shop with one major issue still not yet resolved, a very noticeable rumble in the rear wheel area. This issue had been 'checked' three times before we had to be at the dealer when they opened at 7 am to help them address the real issue. Surprisingly, with our direction, the issue was noted. However, after supposedly replacing the rear shocks, the rumbling noise continues. Shortly after the 'repair' we get a Kia notice that issues had been noted with the suspension in this area and Kia was extending the warranty period on this condition. Not much solace for us as we still have to listen to the rumble and rattling, supposedly until it fails. Most recently, we had the Telluride in to complete a recall issue with the window trim. We were notified in September of the recall and again in December that the parts were now available - 3 months!?? OK, we drive the 100 miles to the shop and a courtesy inspection in completed with several 'suggested' maintenance items to be completed. All which can be done locally for a third of their estimate. What's frustrating is that an apparent coolant leak on the water outlet connection was noted during this inspection. We were under the 60K mileage (within 20) but still below, yet it would only be covered if I left my car for repair prior to reaching the 60k mileage mark. This is frustrating in that the selling dealer noticed the issue prior to the limit yet would not cover it unless it was repaired prior to exceeding the limit. I'm digging through my warranty information now to better understand this position. I must say that the service techs I've worked with have all been pretty much attentive and professional although I know they have limits as what they can do with the facility income strategy. I've not had much luck with the service manager as when I've reached out to him, I only receive what appears to be scripted, neutral auto generated responses with no mention of support in helping resolve any issue.

Nathan is 100% the best service advisor in Oklahoma. Very professional and friendly. Always explains process of work being done and how long it should take. Makes sure vehicle is washed and walks me to the vehicle. He is without a doubt the most incredible advisor.

Pretty disappointed in Bob Moore Kia. Didn't disclose the car we bought had hail dents and wasn't caught until a week later in the daylight. They didn't disclose the car had hail dents and since we bought it at about 7pm we didn't catch it cause of the time of day. Pretty shotty job by the dealership and salesman that we went through. They got the sale done and I'm sure that's what mattered to them. Just be careful when choosing Bob Moore Kia!

Jeremy Lay was the sales rep that helped us find the Telluride that fit our needs and budget. He was a pleasure to work with and provided accurate information about our transaction. Our experience was very positive.

I was replacing my 2022 Hyundai Tucson which was totaled in an accident. After research similar cars, I narrowed down to another Hyundai Tucson or a Kia Sportage. When I started pricing through phone calls and texts, I had the best response with Steven Coleman at Bob Moore Kia. He was prompt in his response and provided me an "out the door" price within minutes. He and his manager worked with me, even offering a better price on a similar Sportage. But ultimately, when I made my decision and went in to meet in person, they honored their price and made the buying process very convenient. I also really liked Kelso, our finance rep. He was informative and easy to work with. There was no "up selling" and pressure. I definitely recommend Steven and the team at Bob Moore Kia!
