Should have bought my car from Bob Moore
The dealership I bought the car at could not get me in for 2 weeks to install factory directed updates. I was leaving for a long road trip in 4 days. The other Kia dealership in the South part of the city couldn't get me in for 2 weeks as well. Bob Moore got me in immediately and even asked me when I would like to have an appointment. It was quick and easy. The staff was pleasurable and I regret not purchasing my vehicle from them.

I was in from New Jersey when my leased Kia Forte was approaching the 7,500 mi. scheduled maintenance. Not being familiar with the area, I called a few dealers and seemed to be getting the runaround for what I thought to be a simple job. I talked with Nathan at Bob Moore Kia. He knew exactly what I needed. I made the appointment and was in and out within an hour. He also pointed out that one of my tires had a sidewall bubble and expedited shipment of the replacement. Great overall experience
If you have been in the car market recently, you know there is not much in inventory and what there is goes fast! I found a car online at Bob Moore Kia and was contacted by Joseph K. He is my favorite car salesperson to date! Joseph made the process as pain free as possible. He went above and beyond even after the deal was done.
