Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride.

Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride. Made appointment with Joseph Kelley a few days prior to and told him what I was interested in. The day I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph on time, no waiting. After a brief visit he had a Telluride all ready for us to test drive. Even though they didn’t have the color combination I wanted, they were able to find one at another dealer and brought it in. I purchased the vehicle and they even delivered it to me up in Enid. That level of service, commitment and customer appreciation is why I elected to purchase from Bob Moore Kia Northwest. If you choose to do so, ask for Joseph Kelley! The positive comments I read about Joseph posted by others, were spot on. He was very pleasant to work with, no pressure, and respected my time.

2020 Kia Soul consumed 5 quarts of oil in between oil

2020 Kia Soul consumed 5 quarts of oil in between oil changes yet never fail an inspection there. Bough every extended warranty offered. Don't wait your time of money going there. They are a bunch of scam artists, liars and thieves. Bob Moore sucks at every branch.

Came in to look at a 2014 Ford F150 and had a great experience. Arthur Bowie was my sales rep and was nothing but genuine throughout the whole process. The team was very knowledgable and holds a high standard of how to treat their customers. I highly recommend Bob Moore Kia!

I had a troublesome noise after my rear brake job.

I had a troublesome noise after my rear brake job. I took the car back to find the problem. The issue turned out to be my "front" rotors, etc. Jonathan looked at my repair history and didn't charge me anything because I had also had a fairly recent front brake job. I really appreciate the good news! Being retired with limited income, I needed some good news. Thank you Jonathan. That's how you keep customers.

Terrible experience w service dept , had appt , stood in

Terrible experience w service dept , had appt , stood in front of Willie 15 min , svc adv , only to be ignored and him begin helping someone that walked up while I was waiting in front of him , Nathan also a svc adv took up did his buddy Willie and made excuses for him , making it appear as it was my fault, only reason I got apology was because I reached out to their boss via email , who prob also saw what occurred as his office was right their , I didn’t expect an apology or compensate , I just wished to have been treated w respect , and not ignored , snd blatantly , ignored by Willie , who began talking to other customer while I was in between them , waiting on him to help me , I kid you not !!! Young kids working , with entitled attitudes , with no respect for anyone , it’s unfortunate so many places are like this too

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership. They assured me they inspected it fully. Of course the warranty is an AS IS but I didn’t expect the Check Engine light to come on the morning we brought it home. When I brought it to our salesman, Richard’s attention, he acted like I was a complete bother for asking. Finance department is super pushy too. Sales manager acted like he was our best friend while on site but wasn’t willing to help us on our issue. The ol bait and switch.

I took my KIA to Bob Moore KIA on NW Expressway for an

I took my KIA to Bob Moore KIA on NW Expressway for an Air Bag Sensor diagnostic check for the exact cause of Air Bag Warning Light. Took a little while but the Service Center customer waiting area was by all means a 5 Star area. Service center has a Play Area with toys for children, a fully automatic Coffee / Cappuccino machine which is Free, Free Charging Station for just about every kind of phone and a very comfortable seating area with 1st class seating. I was initially told that the diagnostics Check might not be covered if warranty item was not the cause of air bag issue, Luckly it was the problem resulting in no cost to me. Service Center Technicians also repaired two Recall defective items. Our Service Consultant, Nathan Powers went out of his way to make sure Wife & I was continually kept up-to-date status of repairs and estimated completion. Overall, there is no other Automobile Dealer like Bob Moore, very courteous and not one Sales Rep tried to show or sell us a new car after informing them we were here for repairs not to buy anything. Bob Moore KIA is The Best, Period.
