I bought my Rogue here in 2018 & despite having to pay a

I bought my Rogue here in 2018 & despite having to pay a toll to get back for service, I choose to stay at Byerly due to the great staff, service & treatment I have received since then. The staff is always friendly, they get me in & out quickly & I feel they want to ensure I am completely satisfied each & every time. Byerly cares about customer service, quality & retention.

My experience with Byerly Ford was Outstanding!

My experience with Byerly Ford was Outstanding!!! I had my eye on a car for about a week. I made an Inquiry about it, and Brian, the Internet Sales Manager got in touch with me. We texted back and forth for a few days about the car and pricing. I was also put in contact with Martice Glenn, Sales Associate. I would like to Personally THANK Martice for the Exceptionally Great Service I received at Byerly Ford this morning. He was very Courteous and Professional. He even picked me up from my residence to see My Dream Car, Take a Test Drive, and Sign the paperwork!! He helped me with the Insurance Company, twice, and Drove My Dream Car back to my residence!!! Thank You Martice!! I would also like to Thank Trisha for handling the Money and Finishing the rest of the paperwork, and last, but definitely not least, Jonathan!! Now Jonathan took time out of his busy schedule to take me home, while Martice drove my car back. I can't THANK your Team enough!! It's ABSOLUTELY TRUE when they say NOBODY BEATS A BYERLY DEAL!!! The Byerly Nissan Service Team did a fantastic job with my 2015 Nissan Altima! I am always pleased and thankful for the EXCELLENT car care I receive at each 6-month/5000 mile checkup. Mr. Jeff always takes time to make sure my Altima is at tip top shape. I know how well my car is doing and what upcoming maintenance I may need. Thank you to Ms. Barbara for always checking in on us customers in the waiting lounge. You make me feel right at home! Byerly dealership was a very pleasant experience for me,

Byerly dealership was a very pleasant experience for me, I drove all the way from Northern Michigan an 8 hour drive just to buy a truck. My Salesman John Walker was very friendly and communicated with me the along the way and he even communicated with me after bought my truck and made sure he communicated with me after I arrived home back in Michigan.
