Do not go there!

Do not go there!! They do not honor the deal. They force you to buy other services or they will take the discount away. Also be very careful if you are trading in, they did agree on certain amount, but the final number was less! I was not given the purchase agreement documents, I finally got them by email a couple of days later. All together, this was the worst. (my opinion)

Took my daughter?

Took my daughter?s 2024 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in no time. I?m very happy with my service advisor John. He has a great customer service experience and cares about his customers. Thank you very much John!!

My buying experience was terrible.

My buying experience was terrible. My sale person was not super friendly and didn?t really listen to what I was saying. I felt pressured into buying a car. I was also forced to buy a sealant for my car that was applied wrong with giant streak marks on the hoods of my car. My sales person also tried to pressure me to give him a 5 star review before I could leave the building. He did tell me about any of the features of my car or how to really use any of the stuff. Coming from someone who prior owned a 2008 vehicle this new technology is very foreign to me. On a positive note the men in your service department could not have been any nicer. It was a 10/10 experience with them getting the hood fixed.

I took my Nissan Frontier in for an oil change last week. Arlington Nissan does a fantastic job taking care of my truck. They treat me respectfully and their service is exemplary. I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle repair needs.

It was estimated that they would be done 11ish and it was

It was estimated that they would be done 11ish and it was ready a little past 11, so that was good. The windshield could have been washed better, but everything else was fine once I got the seat back in the right place and readjusted my left side view mirroe.

Unfortunately, only having driven my car 3000 miles in

Unfortunately, only having driven my car 3000 miles in the last, eight months since I bought it at this dealership. I?ve been told that I have tire, rot or dry rot on my tires. This would mean that my car that I bought had the lowest possible Approved tread on the tires that I bought it at. This is somewhat sneaky and would cause me not to recommend this dealership for cars. However, the service people are exceptional, especially Kevin very kind very reasonable and knowledgeable. Unfortunately sales person gives snake oil sales men of the past - seem like saints. Happy to disclose more details if interested.
