I’ll just paste what others have said. Don’t waste your time at this dealership Market adjustment was added and the salesman said prices are still high. Why offer a rebate if the price goes up with market adjustment. Lies, lies, and more lies. Chemical fee of $2500. Wow! Disorganized sales staff all running around trying to bamboozle customers with large fees. They have no shame. I emailed the Gm with no response.

This dealer is the worst scam artist I've ever

This dealer is the worst scam artist I've ever encountered. Do NOT believe their advertised prices and don't bother to go drive over and expect to get the price they advertise. The scam is fraudulent. So, they mark down the vehicles, then do a "market adjustment" in their fees to adjust the price back up to near the MSRP. Pure scam! Couldn't believe I wasted my time driving nearly 90 miles only to hear their xx... don't ever shop at this dealer!

Had a coupon for an oil change, bring in my car.

Had a coupon for an oil change, bring in my car. Of course they tried to sell me everything that they could to repair my vehicle. What they did was tell me that I needed a cabin air filter, said no thanks. Went this weekend to get a new oil change and the people told me that I was missing my cabin filter….. so basically took my old one out and left it empty. Great work idiots

Worst ever.

Worst ever. Sales person honored 2 free oil change which he didn’t put in my account. I spoke to manager about that but he refused to honor those service as there is nothing in writing. When they wanted to sale a car they promised me everything and now when it is time to honor they refuse. I send him email chat that other sales person send it to me let’s see what he can do now? I will never go to Arlington nissan in future. They are not reliable at all. They can’t keep up with what they promised us. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

I was about buy a used 2019 Lexus from them and tried to

I was about buy a used 2019 Lexus from them and tried to negotiate price a bit cos the car was sitting on the lot for 71 day now but instead of lowering the price they brought a bunch of add-ons for almost $4000. I refused to pay this non-sense fees and ask em to take it off in order to proceed the transaction but the manager says that is what they add to every car and can’t do anything. Really? I turned around and left. This is basically ripping off, don’t even waste your time going to this place hoping that the advertised price is what you gonna pay. Too many crooks dealers out there and the Nissan Arlington Heights is one of them. Buyers stay away in all costs!!!

Repair

Brian, did an AMAZING JOB. He explained everything before, communication during was on point. Had no surprise at the end. I've had to replace the transmission in my 2015 Altima, and it was done in just 2 days. Great job 👍

Best service of sales representatives

Employees were kind knowledgeable and helpful. They spent time explaining the car and all services. The saleswoman was knowledgeable and helped so much during sale. I recommend Rohrman Auto Group and give them a five star rating
