PATRICK,C My experience started with checking the Auto Nations Finance Web Site. I found it very easy and complete with all necessary information to accomplish my car buying goal. After checking their inventory, the vehicle I was interested in was there right in front of me. The site provided the telephone number, I called and was connected to a sales agent immediately. This took place rather fast and swift. Questions were asked and answered. I got in my truck drove directly to the Auto Nations Finance and purchased a very beautiful vehicle with no PROBLEMS!!!! I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!!!!! FIVE STARS!!!!!

Allen was the best!!!!! The whole process was fast and easy!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

I can in looking to get a car stated to the dealer what I wanted to spend and they found me what I needed they allow me to test drive a number of cars in before I made a decision also the sale person was great in helping me choose the right car that right fit me I would like to thank Mr White aslo for helping me in this process and Migel for being patients with me.

My husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan. I found a truck that I wanted to buy on this company's website. I called them on 8/30/2014 and they informed her that the truck was still available and that if we wanted to hold it, we could put down a $500 deposit until Thursday at close of business( 9/4/2014). I called on Wednesday to verify that the vehicle was still there. It is a 4 hour drive for her to Houston. I went with the check from the bank to Houston. About halfway there, I received a phone call from Auto Nation's Finance saying that the truck had been sold even though we put a deposit on it. They informed me that it had been sold 8/18/2014, but that they could sell us a vehicle that was a F250, rather than a 350. They told me that they would call me back and let me know if they could work something out. I sat on the side of the highway for 45 minutes waiting for them to call back. I called them back and they told me that they would call my back in 10 minutes. I spoke with them and told them that I was heading back to the bank since the check was written for the specific VIN and that they took my deposit even though they didn't have the vehicle for sale. It took them 4 days after I left the deposit for them to even realize this. They said that they will refund the deposit, but that it will take 3 business days to credit to my account. They were very unprofessional, rude, and obviously did not care that I had driven 2 hours for nothing. I have since checked their website and they still have this same vehicle, with the same VIN listed as for sale and available. I just think that it is deplorable that they would treat us this way and take a deposit without even having the vehicle that we put the deposit down on, for sale.

Kevin is the guy to see!!! Upon arrival he greeted us with a warm welcome and assured we'd leave with the vehicle of our choice. Any concerns we had he immediately addressed them and ensured we'd be taken care of. If you're in the market for buying a used luxury vehicle go see Kevin he is a man of his word!!!

Once arriving to the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. The Sales Associate was more than wiling to help and assisted me precisely. Once viewing the lot, I picked out 2 options - 2005 Mercedes and a 2006 Porshe. Both vehicles were in remarkable condition for how old they were. Honestly, I had not even test drove my currently owned black Mercedes - I signed an agreement with the owner immediately. He worked with me on the price and was able to assist me with any problems that were to arise on the vehicle within 1 week after purchase. Once driving off the lot, there were no problems or mechanical issues with the vehicle. There were minute things that had arose - i.e: front and back lights were out - not an issue. I called the dealership and they were more than happy to assist me in fixing the car asap. I enjoyed my experience with this dealership and strongly suggest this facility to anyone and everyone that is interested in purchasing their first car.

been out shopping for about 3 weeks was getting frustrated couldn't find anything in my price range or anyone really willing to work with me. came to Auto Nation and got exactly what i wanted with what i was able to put down. they really took care of me and i left off the lot feeling really, didnt feel like i was being taken advantage of or being bopped over the head. Kevin and Allan really did they thing and made sure i didnt leave unhappy. i VERY SATISFIED. thanks fellas :)

I was in search of a nice used vehicle and I stumbled across a vehicle online from Auto Nation. I immediately responded to the ad and asked to be contacted. The very next morning, I was contacted by one of the sales representatives. All I can say is that everyone knows there business and will go out of their way to ensure that you have the best shopping experience. This was my first stop and my last stop. The vehicle's price was unbelievable. Alan worked his magic to get me the lowest financing price available. Kevin was amazing. He is the best and went out of his way to also help us with insurance, we were able to get the lowest rate on our vehicles. He was such a pleasure to work with.Our trip was very enjoyable.
