Absolutely do not purchase any vehicles from this

Absolutely do not purchase any vehicles from this company. I bought a BMW X5 for $12,000 that end up costing $10,000 in repairs and things collected on vehicle. Basically they buy vehicles and plop them on the lot and hope for someone to buy them.

Great guys to do business with.

I was searching for over three months for A Mercedes ML350. I went to a dozen dealers all over the tristate area (I'm in NYC) most were slime-xxxxx running various scams, bait and switch, exorbitant added fees, etc. Finally found the car I wanted at Newfield Auto. At first I was reticent to make the trip up there but my Lady insisted. I'm glad she did because they had the car, let us test drive it and spend time looking it over without any pressure at all. We negotiated a fair price, no nonsense or BS. I paid in cash so I cannot speak of the finance end but given the way the rest of the deal went I'd doubt there would be any issues there. The car drives great, I'm very satisfied with the service. ED.

Bad experience

I purchased a car from Justin back in May 2019. The buying process was quick and easy (because they wanted my money of course), got my car within 5 hours from my first contact. I brought the car for a check at Firestone who told me that all 4 tires were bad. I went back to Newfield Auto who sent me to Town Fair Tire for new tires. I was fine with my car until 7 months later, I am witnessing a leak in my tire and I had it checked by a mechanic who advised me that there is a plug in the rear tire and the rear tires are 4 years old while the front tires are new. This means that Newfield only had Town Fair replace the front tires and not the back. Why didn’t they replace all 4 when I went back immediately to report? I paid a visit to Justin at Newfield Auto who proceeded to go over policy in regards to me bringing an issue past the 30 days. He tried to say they don’t know about a plugged tire and nothing they can do. He also tried to put the blame on me stating that I could’ve been the one to plug it and/or damage it. I am upset that I went there and reported my tire issues within 1 day of purchase and they did a half xxx job on the tires. This is not good customer service as had they fixed all 4 when I went back, I would not be having this issue. Now I have to come out of pocket for those 2 rear tires. I have never witnessed something like this in all my years of buying cars, dealers are supposed to take care of you. Newfield only wants to be your friend for 30 days after purchase so you don’t return it. I HAVE BEEN xxxxED BY NEWFIELD AUTO!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR UNLESS YOU PLAN ON FIXING ON YOUR OWN!!

Bad experience

Great buy

Bought a beautiful 2012 Honda Accord Coupe about 3 weeks ago and it is perfect, very clean and runs great. Awesome customer service. They did their job here to get me the best affordable deal for me. Beautiful cars at this lot!

If I knew what I know now, I wouldn’t have done it

Do not waste your time dealing with these people. The cars look nice and the employees are nice to you at first. Then if you have an issue with the vehicle rather than solving the problem and apologizing for the inconvenience; they would rather argue and put the blame on you. I bought a car from here and was back to the dealer two times within a month for simple things that should've and could've been taken care of prior to me purchasing the vehicle. The owner of this establishment was very rude, condescending and ignorant; then when you reiterate the treatment that you are given he threatens to call the police on you, when at the end of the day you were only trying to get your vehicle fixed and never have to return to this disgusting establishment ever again! Terrible customer service and worst experience I've had !! Save yourself the trouble !!

Great service

Just recently purchased a car from here. Justin went above and beyond to get me financed. In fact, he helped me come in under budget. Quality of cars is great and I was pleased with the no hassle dealings of all the salesmen. Would highly recommend going and giving them a try. I know I'll be going back to purchase my next car there as well.

I brought a 2010 Prius. I had credit issues and they were able to finance. Great overall service. Salesperson Justin went beyond, great experience.
