Write a reviewJust thought I would tell THE Grainger's what's happening at their business in Anderson S.C. Had every intention of buying a used SL 2025 Nissan Frontier on your lot with a $20,000 down payment and maybe financing the rest with you. I am a elderly man who is not in good health with a wife also with health problems who tried to deal over the internet with your G.M. (Jennie) I live app. app.35 miles from your business in Anderson S.C. I tried to explain through several sales people and especially through your G.M. what I was looking for which I had seen advertised on internet for over $42,000. After being treated like a teenage boy trying to buy his first truck and disrespected and dealing with your (ARROGANT G.Mgr.) I finally drew the line and pulled the pin! If you can stay in business treating elderly people like that. I hate to see what the young folks have to deal with. As a fellow Georgian born in Savannah I would advise you to really check in on your business and get to the root of the problem! I had someone tell me I was dealing with the wrong dealership but I did not pay attention wish I had. Still upset with the all the crap I dealt with and should have stayed away. I am not a happy CAMPER by no means! I can only tell people my experience up here in S,C, that nothing and I mean nothing gives me a reason to recommend anyone try to use GRAINGER NISSAN in ANDERSON S.C. to buy a vehicle. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere! ENOUGH SAID!

Presented 2010 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X to Nissan Grainger, 1550 Chatham Parkway, Garden City Ga 31408 on 05/29/2025 with check engine light and vehicle stuttering on acceleration. Recieved the attached quote with the reason stated being the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Paid $6921.42 after repairs. Vehicle was picked up and en route to residence (approx 30 miles). After approx 20 miles check engine light starts to flash and vehicle shakes violently. Pulled vehicle into parking lot and called for another tow to closer garage. After evaluation at Johnson Automotive ( 1398 GA Highway 21 S, Springfield, GA 31329) was told by technician that symptoms described would not be caused by a catalytic converter but by some other problem. Johnson automotive diagnosed vehicle with oil in cylinders and engine needed to be replaced or rebuilt. I believe I was sold parts and repairs that were not necessary and Graingers failure to properly evaluate my vehicle led to more damage than the truck was presented to them with. These people will screw you and laugh.

I'm 60yrs old have bought several new cars, bought 2 Nissan's from another dealer, which is 5 minutes from my house, I can say this place was the best/less hassle-free place to buy. My salesman Ronnie was wonderful, he made the whole process easy and quick, he is very knowledgeable, at least the car I was buying he answered all my question's, when asking about how to set feature's, he walked me through the step's. I must say I wish I would have bought from here year's ago, they say a Nissan is a Nissan, that might be true, but it's how your treated when you call, walk-in the front door, at the service dept etc. To me it was well worth driving the 30-45 minute's (depending on traffic). If anyone ask's me, I will recommend Grainger Nissan.

Bought a 2019 Special Edition Rogue on May 18th 2022. Brought car back 10 weeks later because it was making loud banging when car went around turns, driver seat moves and the brakes skip. Grainger brings my car back and says nothing wrong with it. I bring it to Vaden Nissan, it needs new brakes, new struts, new stopper and the list goes on. The heated seats take forever to heat. They are liars and crooks. Don't take your business there. You'll regret it.

I have a 2022 Altima now this is my 2nd car I've purchased from them I even referee my daughter who bought a new car but I wouldn't recommend them nor will I buy another car from Grainger Nissan in Savannah,Ga. I been having a constant recurring problem with my audio system recently it blacked out eventually its not going to come back on. I've been to the dealership 3 times trying to resolve the issue I got a call from Kayla one of the service techs who was very rude when I asked her a question about the issue she spoke to me as if I was making the problem up. My salesperson George Futch has been very helpful I told him about the issue and he witnessed the problem. It's been months that I've been dealing with this and still is. I will never purchase another car from them!

I had a problem with my car and went straight to Grainger without an appointment. They had to run diagnostics to find out what was wrong. CJ kept in contact with me and let me know what was happening. He couldn't promise my car back to me the same day, but I ended up getting it back the end of that day.

What an excellent experience getting my car serviced at Grainger Nissan. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable . My car was completed before the time expected. Great service!
