Sales Person Alex is unprofessional
Had a scheduled appointment with Alex today to see a vehicle. I arrived on time for the appointment but Alex was no where to be found. I waited for twenty minutes to talk with her but she didn't show. According to several other staff members, she was in the building but wasn't responding to numerous request to meet me. It appears she didn't have the nerve to tell me that the vehicle I was interested in had been sold two hours earlier and she couldn't be bothered to call and tell me. Very unprofessional in her approach. I wouldn't do business with her.

Patrick Myrie was very professional and kept me updated on how the repairs and service were coming along. He also helped connect to yo wifi do I could get some work done while waiting in their comfortable waiting area.

Ram 1500 repair
Had check engine light come on in brand new Ram 1500. Service department got me in right away and provided me with a rental vehicle until the issue could be resolved. The had my truck for two days, only because they are closed on Sunday. Patrick provided great customer service.

chairs in waiting area 3-4 feet apart NOT 6 feet service manager disrespectful not wearing mask within three feet of contact ..sterilizing vehicles is a joke i sat right there and watched with my own eyes and spray was whisked in car as tho it was a inconvenience to be bothered to do so.
Had a great experience, Rob Filuta our salesperson kept us apprised of the progress of the Jeep we ordered and went out of his way to make sure we took delivery within our tight time frame. I couldn't ask for anything more and all that on top of the great deal we received.

60 Mile Service on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited
I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Jared Pott and the service team at Lia CDJR. I bought my current Jeep Cherokee new in 2016 and have had excellent service at Lia over the years. I'm now in the process of buying a new 2021 Jeep Cherokee from Lia.
