Lia Chrysler on Central Ave in Schenectady, NY was a pleasure to deal with. I was a tough customer and they went beyond the extra mile to find me the vehicle... I wanted, at a price I could afford. They honestly worked very hard to make me happy! I met at least six of their associates, and everyone was very friendly. My salesperson, Dylan, treated me like I was his top priority. And the other salespeople, staff, and finance associates also helped to make this the best car buying experience I have ever had! And if anyone reading this is a little skeptical, like me, I did not purchase an expensive vehicle. It wasn't all about the sale, it was all about great customer service!
Jared Pott has been great to deal with at lia. Knowledgeable and pleasant! I would recommend requesting to deal with him. I left fuccillo in Amsterdam... where I bought the Jeep because their service department was horrible.

Very disappointed in the buying process. Lia sends out invitations to a sales event, I arrive at 9:45 am and this nice lady greeted me. Asked what I wanted... and then gave me a $10 target gift card. All seemed well. I told her one of the salesman named Mike gave me a business card in case I or my wife wanted to buy a vehicle. They did say he had another customer with him at the moment. However he should be available soon. I waited until 11:20 am and finally figured this purchase was not going to happen. Wait for 1.5 hours is considered “shortly”? I ended up purchasing from Armory Garage which took 30-45 minutes to complete the sale. It’s a pity since I love Lia’s service department over Armory Garage but this dealership just doesn’t seem to want to sell me a car. It’s a shame since my wife also was looking for a new Jeep and she will visit Armory Garage on Monday
Lia RAM is always great when I go there. Jared Pott is the one who is always there to help me when I come in for service. He is very nice and attentive... to your needs. I always seek him out when I come in for service. I knew I had one recall on the truck but Jared Pott told me I had 2 recalls on the truck and they could be fixed while I was there that day. I didnt even have a chance to ask about the recalls, thats how fast he offered to have them taken care of for me. Now that is excellent customer service if I do say so. Jared is always kind, courteous and willing to help. Everyone else I have interacted with at LIA RAM is also very kind and courteous. Great dealership for services.

Lia dodge ram is the worst dealer I have dealt with in a long time. Bought a 2015 ram 3500 from them March 13th of this year. Rob Fulita was the most useless... salesmen I have ever had dealings with. He was great until I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Then after that I couldn’t get him to return any of my calls and when I could eventually get him on the phone he argued with me and pushed off every question I had as someone else’s responsibility. I had a few issues which it seemed would be resolved by one of the managers, Matt Dyer, but in similar fashion return phone calls were promised then nonexistent. After a long and frustrating process I was able to reach out to the general manager, Chris Snyder, who was helpful in resolving some of the issues I had. Issue one: I am from CT and the service the dealer uses to register out of state plates (REG-USA or Dealer track) Took 31 days from the date of sale to actually get me my CT plates and registration. This is exactly one day after the temp plate expired. Issue two: Although the dealer had put new tires on the truck the steering wheel was not straight after they did the alignment (approx. 30degrees off center) and the satellite radio was not activated. I didn’t notice this until I was on my way home. No big deal I thought, I called on my way home (30 mins after purchase) and left a message for the salesmen. A few days went by, another message left for the salesmen and still no call back (both days the receptionist confirmed Rob was in when I called and I received no call back, so as far as I am concerned he was intentionally ducking my calls). After no call back I finally just called and paid to activate the satellite radio myself. I put a call into Chris Synder at which point Rob magically was able to finally call me back to argue that I hadn’t paid to activate the satellite radio because he had activated it. (Not even worth fighting about it, I paid the $30 myself and it was turned on less than 5 mins after I called Sirius.). After some back and forth Chris Snyder agreed to pay the NorthHampton Lia Dodge dealer to re-do the alignment. Spoke with the Service manager from the NorthHampton store and they were in-between alignment machines and can do it in 2 weeks. Fast forward 3 weeks, every time I call the service manager at the North Hampton store he apologizes for not calling back and will get back to me by the end of the day. Of course in true Lia fashion, no return phone calls. A follow up email to Chris Snyder today (4-27-17) asking if he would be willing to reimburse me and I would have my local dealer perform the alignment ($120) I didn’t get a response from Chris but almost an immediate call From the North Hampton service department. Needless to say I am not sure these people can operate a Phone let alone an alignment machine. I will leave this job to my local dealer and eat the $120. After spending close to $50k at this dealer, if I could do it all again I would have waited until my local dealer found me something. Maybe they didn’t care about me because I was from out of state and they didn’t think I would be a repeat customer. Whatever it was, once they had the sale I didn’t matter to them anymore…. Or maybe their customer service is just that bad. Either way I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy to this dealer. I looked past their terrible ratings online because they had the truck I was looking for when no other dealers around me did. So unless they have a gem that no one else does, steer clear of this dealership at all costs. Bill Lia Sr and or Bill Lia Jr, I hope you read this. I called your office to try and resolve this before leaving negative feedback. I spoke with Sarah (Your executive secretary?) who assured me you would call me back. Of course that return phone call never took place either, even after calling back and leaving two messages….
I recently had my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited serviced at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the experience was outstanding. Jared Pott handled... my check-in and check-out and he was knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service skills. My car was there for a recall but at the check-in he suggested a free oil change and tire rotation that came as part of my purchase. I had forgotten about the extras entirely and was please to take advantage of the offerings. I'm very happy with the facilities and the entire experience and I'll be back. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was called promptly to come pick up the car. Jared Pott did an excellent job overall and even remembered my name on my return to pick up my car. Highly recommended!

The salesman Scott Demoelpied was Awesome to work with! He was very polite and respectful and worked with me on the deal! The business manager Jamie was... rude, disrespectful, and condescending. She also did not follow through with her duties. I would recommend this salesman, but ask for a different business manager! Thank you for my beautiful new car!
