Took my new Buick in for warranty inspection and oil

Took my new Buick in for warranty inspection and oil change. Got home after the oil change and engine oil was overfull. Contacted My Buick and set up a new appointment and took care back on following Monday. Car was returned to me and when I got home I checked the oil level and it was still overfull (nothing changed)! I took care back to dealership, met with dealership manager and service manager and showed them the issue and they verified my previous appointments. The car was immediately serviced and the oil level was corrected.

Went in for an oil change with an appointment.

Went in for an oil change with an appointment. Sat there for 4.5 hours. Customer service was horrible. A blonde lady smoking her vape when approached to ask on the status of my vehicle was the worst, she said it was none of her business and quite literally walked away. The fact that i spent my entire morning sitting there for a simple oil change is ridiculous. A long time customer was just lost and I will also make sure everyone that i can tell that this place is the worst.

I'm very happy with my new GMC.

I'm very happy with my new GMC. The salesman, Bob Iaconic was very easy to work with, he was very knowledgeable about my truck, not pushy trying to sell me something a didn't want or need. If and when my wife needs a new vehicle I'm sure I will be going back to Bob and Auto Nation G MC. It was a very good buying experience. Thank you to everybody there

Very easy process and my situation wasn?
