I was told to bring my vehicle to the dealership for a check up that was not even due yet. So, I drove to the dealership for nothing but a waste of my time. Now my check engine light is on for the 2nd time in 4 months after purchasing it brand new. I don't have the time to keep bringing my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance. This smells like a lemon and will be dealt accordingly.

Hello, it means so much to us that you chose our dealership! Don't hesitate to call us if you ever need anything. Be safe on the road!
On Dec 13th I saw a 2021 Yukon XL priced on their website
On Dec 13th I saw a 2021 Yukon XL priced on their website for $36,567 that I was interested in. I contacted the store, spoke with Cadarious (not sure proper spelling) who informed me the vehicle is available, though unable to test drive as the vehicle is in the shop being reconditioned for sale. I thought I was lucky to get a desk manager to have a more efficient phone call, but turned out to be a waste of time, and here is what happened. While on that phone call I confirmed the correct sales price. I understand when a dealership takes a car in on trade, or from the auction there is a cost to recon the car, and that cost is (supposed to be) already factored into the sales price. Because I understand that I asked several times, in different ways, to make sure we were both on the same page, and that recon cost was already factored into the advertised price of $36,567. Cool. Perfect. My wife and I go into the store, get brought into the shop, check out the vehicle. We liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. We told them we want to buy it but since we're unable to test drive it, we would like to be contacted as soon as it's ready to test drive and then purchase it as long as it drives right. We wanted to ensure nobody else was able to swoop in on the vehicle if someone at the dealership didn't contact us right away. The sales manager said he would go see if one of their tech's was able to get started on right away, and we would potentially be able to come back later that night to purchase it. He assured me that the vehicle likely only needed normal things, and since they're a GM store they likely had everything already in stock. Well, that didn't turn out to be the case at all. Yesterday the salesman Piero informed us the sales price has somehow jumped to $40,000 - and that the OEM running boards don't work. I told Piero that the sales manager and I confirmed the sales price was $36,567 and that the vehicle was only needing small normal things - that they likely had in stock. I also asked Piero if he could contact the sales manager or the GM to see what could be done and to contact me. Informed him (if it had any influence in the situation to the sales manager or the GM) that I had previously worked for AutoNation here in Las Vegas and understand a somewhat decent portion of the business, which is literally why I asked the sales manager multiple times about the price and the recon. Here we are Thursday, and I get a call from Cadarious asking if we are ready to come in, that the vehicle is ready - instead of addressing the issues? I had to ask about the sales price somehow magically increasing about $3500 and the running boards not working. He said the BCM had to be replaced and the running boards aren't working and have been taken off. I don't know who made mistakes during this ordeal, but the advertised price was $36,567, and now they're asking $40,000. They are not honoring their asking price. They're also not willing to show their cost on the repairs to fully recon the vehicle, even though the $36K price was already supposed to include recon cost, which would restore my confidence purchasing this vehicle at an increased price. I don't know how this dealership operates, and I unfortunately don't know any of the employees to find out what the honest truth here is, but it seems like someone realized $36k was too far below market and raised the price about $3500 to fit market. If that's the case, someone should get their pricing correct before they publish it online for the world to see. I don't know what the true story is, but it sure is a shame the advertised price means nothing, and the phone call also means nothing. Apparently, the GM, Michael Bell is either not able or not willing to sell at the original asking price. It's a shame too, because I honestly had a good feeling when speaking with the sales manager in person that he was being sincere, and I really wanted that vehicle.

BUT YOU CHARGED MNY WARRANTY COMPANY FOR PARTS YOU DAMAGED AND GOT PAID! Third physical damage to my vehicle that needed to be fixed at a bodyshop Fourth original concern fixed but while doing the alignment more parts are broken by technicians They even gave me the vehicle back without windshield wipers or even wipe arms for that matter back and the technician said he didn't know where he put my original ones along with missing fuse box covers and numerous clips broken and missing holding trim panels BUT NOW MIKE BELL THE GENERAL MANAGER RICK BERRY THE SERVICE DIRECTOR DO NOT WANT to fix the damages and problems still with repairs made at the dealership Now I have concerns from the work done and I am told I need to pay again after this dealership Jack-potted my warranty company And after the vehicle being there for 14 plus months they did not even re change the oil Autonation needs to do better with there Management Teams! Brought my 2024 Buick encore in for service.
Brought my 2024 Buick encore in for service. I had a email telling me the tires only had 28 pounds of air. I told the service person that the tires all needed air. I pick the car up and drove home, I did not use the car for about two weeks. When I went to drive the car, the tires show they only had 27 pounds of air in them. I had to take the car to a tire shop that was open on Sunday and they put air in all tires for ten dollars. I do not think any air was put into the tires.

Rarely is a car buying experience pleasant. This was actually a pleasure. Honest from the get go. My salesman, Bob Iaconi, was awesome to work with, the manager and finance department were easy and quite fair in the evaluation of my trade. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
