Had an 8am appointment.

Had an 8am appointment. Showed up at 7:45. Waited in line with about 10 vehicles ahead of me. I finally got checked in around 8:30. When the advisor asked if I had an appointment, I said yes for 8am. All he did was show me his list of people in for service on his iPad. My truck sat complete for 30 minutes before I could pay and get my keys. I was told they were working short as the advisor aggravatingly showed me my slip. Been going here a long time and spent a lot of money with this dealership. I will have to find a new place to go for Ford service.

James Datcher was very professional and personal!

James Datcher was very professional and personal! Very honest and knowledgeable about the car I purchased! Richard in financing was amazing and very helpful and personal as well!

Visit was good however I was called at home an hour or so

Visit was good however I was called at home an hour or so later, stating that the technician forgot to put in one quarter of oil and would I return which I did and oil was added.

Roundtree was not transparent about what they wanted to

Roundtree was not transparent about what they wanted to charge me. I may not have liked paying more for repairs, but I would have known what to expect and made sure I had the funds when the car was ready. Asking permission prior to work is not negotiable.

My battery died in my 2 year old Ford Explorer-went into

My battery died in my 2 year old Ford Explorer-went into “deep sleep mode”- yes that is dead. Ford 1 got me in the next morning & replaced my original battery with a new 3 year warranty.
