AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas

My last visit with Auto Nation VW Service Dept. Las Vegas was far more quality then previous visit, but I am still disappointed with sales department from my purchase back in September 2015. On checking out the service person did his usual in proper explanation of what was done and could not be done.

My husband and I went to Volkswagen as the first of one of several stops to look for a car. As it turns out, we never left and I went home with a new CC, which I absolutely love! Not only was Tyler knowledgeable, but he was kind and easy to talk to. The entire experience proved to be seamless and I would certainly recommend others to visit your dealership!! Many thanks to the entire team!

I walked into Volkswagen with one purpose and walked out with exactly what I wanted and more! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with buying my first car. I was greeted warmly and left with hugs. I've been to other dealerships and didn't quite feel the same good vibes as I did at Volkswagen on Sahara. Tom was fantastic and extremely helpful, as was Jen. Overall, the experience was fantastic!!

I purchased a NEW 2015 Jetta. After a couple days we noticed a clicking noise coming from under the car. Took it to service right away. They said it was coming from the exhaust system and that it was "normal". HOW? I have had many cars over the years and I have never heard that noise in any of my cars. The salesman was John Arnold and Doug Saxton, they never disclosed this information. Would of I bought the car knowing this, NO! I called VW customer care and they gave the same lame response "that it is normal and some cars do that" and they told me to get a second opinion. This is 2015 Jetta and I'm getting second opinions. If you want to buy a VW just be aware that its going to have a clicking noise coming from under the car.

Everyone at the dealership smiled and acknowledge my presence in the showroom. It was not a painful experience. As usual it always takes longer than you anticipate. Yoshwa did a great low key sales approach which works best for me.

We were in the market to buy our 16 year old daughter a vehicle. We narrowed it to a Beetle, Fiat and MINI. We initially started on the internet and Tyler Cloud replied within 1 minute to our inquiry. When we arrived at AutoNation, Tyler was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. He showed us a 2012 Beetle, fully loaded and super low miles (4K). We went and looked at other dealerships but none of them could match this vehicle. Tyler kept in touch and really worked hard to show us that he and AutoNation wanted our business. We bought the vehicle and our 16 year old is over the moon. The car is super fun to drive and we really enjoyed working with all of the folks at VW. It really was an Awesome Experience!!

I came in with a good idea of what I wanted. I checked the stock online. The associates had the car ready for me to drive. I was out of there in under 2 hours with a new vehicle. Clean and ready to go. I would highly recommend autonation to anyone looking for a new car

I had a great experience. Yoshua Shields my customer service guy was fantastic. I bought my car and drove across the country home. He even checked on me t be sure I was ok. Great experience and love my car.
