Gus went over and above the steps needed to sell me a

Gus went over and above the steps needed to sell me a car. I had to bring my dogs with me and they allowed them inside while I finished all the paperwork. Any and all questions that I had were answered via text because I lived over an hour away. They did not waste my time which I really appreciated. Even after the sale Gus helped me with additional questions I had.

I was so amazed and appreciative for the excellent

I was so amazed and appreciative for the excellent customer service. Hugo, the sales rep, and the sales manager, Jeff, were fantastic to work with. There was no pressure, the service plan was a great deal, and the sale took less than 2 hours to complete. I am so satisfied with my vehicle. I don't know when I will purchase another car but i will return to Autonation to start the process again.

This was the first time my Truck needed any maintenance

This was the first time my Truck needed any maintenance since it was purchased from this dealership in 2020. I was told that the high-pressure sensor on my A/C system needed replacement. The total cost of the part was $101.00 and the labor to replace the sensor was $737. Going forward I will try to establish a relationship with a non-dealer repair facility. In all my years dealing with auto repairs I've never felt so ripped-off and overcharged for a repair.

I had a flat tire and from out of town.

I had a flat tire and from out of town. Took my car in and they ordered the tire. Because we were here for a wedding and wouldn’t Be able to pick up the car until the next day, they said no problem and helped us get over to Enterprise so we could rent a vehicle. Great service
