Junk I was sold with no attempt to correct.

I bought a 2007 Saturn, Junk! I paid $750.00 to have it delivered. It was not safe. The check engine light was on at delivery with no paperwork. After several attempts to get a title, I finally got it. The car was so unsafe I traded it in at a local car dealership. They were not surprised. I got $250.00 for it on trade in. When I contacted Cliff the salesmen ha told me it is a buyer beware market, he said he would talk to the GM. They have made no attempt to make this right! $2500.00 later I am here to warn you about this dealership. Buyer be aware!

Bought a car sight unseen, and drove cross country

A bit late on my review, but wanted to thank Drew and Carlos for my amazing purchase. These guys went above an beyond, and fulfilled all requests, and made the purchase seamlessly easy and put me at ease all the way through. I was purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, and they made me not question anything on their end. I told them I would be driving the car back home about 3,600 miles, and they made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape, and ready to go for my trip. They picked me up when I flew in and off I went, not a single issue with the car on the whole road trip, and not a single issue has come up after months of ownership, Highly recommended.

Unacceptable Customer Service

Buyer beware! Rude sales staff.. horrible communication...unkept promises of timelines. I have been attempting to purchase a car from them.. but I can’t until it goes through the “service” process. Which I can not even get a date on. It has been almost 2 weeks! I can’t buy it or drive it off the lot because they can’t verify it’s safe. But clearly it’s safe enough to put on their website! Unacceptable! I will be going elsewhere. And if your “car” is in the process after you buy it? That’s not a good spot to be in! Save your money and time. Shop Elsewhere.

Bad customer service after sale

I flew in from Iowa to purchase a Chrysler 300 on Aug. 28 The Pre purchase service was good. They did everything they could to get me to come buy the car. On my 1200 mile drive back to Iowa the check engine light came on at about 500 miles. I took it to a shop when I got home. On Sep 3 I contacted Paul the salesman and he said I had a 30 day warranty an they would take care of everything. It’s now Oct 17 and the won’t even return my calls. Thanks for nothing Justin Long

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

WARNING: THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH READING BEFORE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THIS PLACE! I will give them at least 1 star because apparently there is not an option for zero stars and because the sales department was very friendly and helpful while trying to sell us a vehicle. Very bad experience with these people. The service department does not seem to care enough to do their "thorough inspection" before selling a vehicle. The inspection that they HIGHLY brag about. We bought a 2015 Ford explorer sport from them. Little did we know the water pump was on its way out. We were assured that it had been through a good inspection and serviced before we bought it and that if there was anything wrong with it, their service department would find it during their "thorough inspection". Well it passed their inspection with flying colors apparently and they said everything was good with it. *** SIDE NOTE: It had been sitting on their lot and posted on their website for quite awhile and had not even gone through an initial inspection or cleaning to be ready to sell. The day we brought it home we noticed the AC didn't blow very cold. It also did a couple other unusual things - not normal - that we had mentioned to them several times. But since they had already gotten their money, we were now being treated like an annoyance. We had it for 2 weeks and it was in their shop twice to check our concerns. Both times they assured us that they checked everything and nothing was wrong. So either they didn't even make a decent effort to check, or apparently their "inspection" doesn't include simply checking coolant levels. The coolent had all leaked out and 14 days after taking it home the water pump failed, it overheated and blew the head gaskets. It then had to be towed back to their shop. Never once did they call to keep us updated on what was going on. We had to call almost everyday to try and find out something, anything! That must have really annoyed them because as time went on they all got extremely rude. Finally we found out that they were going to replace the head gaskets and water pump. Well thats great except that my husband's best friend owns a mechanic shop in vegas and frequently talked to him about this. He warned us that if the engine got hot enough to damage the top of the motor, then it most likely damaged many other parts as well. We didn't want to find out later down the road so we asked that they either replace the whole motor or buy it back. Well after alot of arguing and rude words, they agreed to buy it back. Nice of them right? Except that they required we pay 56 cents a mile for every miles we had driven it during the 2 weeks we had it which came out to $400 out of our pocket. Mind you, every one of those miles the AC barely worked during the dead of summer with 3 kids riding in there. One being a 1 year old baby. So very nice of them. Of course they are going to turn around and put that same vehicle back on the lot to pawn that problem on someone else. That person will more then likely have no clue. If you go car shopping at st george auto gallery, I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY THE 2015 FORD EXPLORER SPORT IN THE COLOR GUN METAL GRAY. They are very friendly and helpful at first, but don't be fooled. Once they get their money, that will change.

Was it real?

I was driving through and had a problem with my car. I googled some places and decided to go St. George Auto Gallery's service center. Everybody felt like cowboys. It was kinda interesting and weird at the same time. It's probably normal there. Well they got the car fixed and I got a great price. I asked my friend who works at a shop in Salt Lake so I know I got a good price. You all deserve more than 5 stars!

I bought from the first place I went

I was in the market for a car and did most of my shopping on the Internet. I found a few places that I wanted to check out. I first stopped at St. George Auto Gallery and I ended up buying from them. They showed me the Carfax of every vehicles that was similar to the one I was shopping for and explained why they had the best deal. My salesman Tyler was kind, patient, and Knowledgable. Anybody that is going to buy a car should definitely consider going to this place.

The Best!

This place was great! Travis knows his stuff. knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me what the issue was and they took care of it sooner than I was told. They also gave me info and what other things need to get done eventually. Did not push for extra stuff. Definitely will go back there.

Honesty buys my business

Honesty is a big deal for me. I can't stand going to places that take advantage of people. Everything was straight forward and explained to me.
