DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had called to let the salesman, Brian, know I was coming up, as it was about an 85 mile trip to the lot. When we arrived, we noticed the vehicle had just been washed, but I figured it was because we were coming to test drive it. Brian told us the exact route we were allowed to take the vehicle, knowing the speed limits were less than 45 mph, and that I would not be able to take the vehicle to a mechanic in the allowed time to test the vehicle. We completed the drive and everything seemed ok. I decided to purchase the vehicle. When we left the lot, Brian knew we would be driving the 85 mile trip back home. We were heading to fill up the gas before driving home, my daughter driving my car behind me. No more than 10 minutes after leaving the lot, I was travelling at about 55 mph and went over a small bump in the road and the vehicle began to shake violently from side to side, pulling the truck left and right. We pulled into the nearest gas station and I called Brian. During this initial phone call, Brian said it had happened to them also, but they were not able to get it to repeat consistently. He said I could bring the truck back so their technicians could look at it, but they were already gone for the weekend, so I would have to leave it there until Monday. I have work and making the trip back up is not easily done multiple times, and Brian assured me that they could not get the death wobble to repeat, so I decided to drive the truck home. The drive took over 2.5 hours because we could not go over 50mph, scared to death the whole time I was going to hurt someone else or myself. The next day, I took the vehicle to a shop in my home town. After inspection, I was told that not only was the suspension completely shot, but that there was also a crack in the frame. My mechanic informed me that this crack was right next to a gear box that had recently been changed, so whoever did that would have known about the cracked frame. He also said that any trained technician would have noticed the crack immediately, and that there was rust build up in the crack, showing it had been there for some time. I contacted Brian and relayed this information. At this time, I simply asked if I could return the vehicle that was obviously unsafe, and his exact words were, "Yeah, that's not going to happen." He said he would have the manager call me to discuss further options. When the manager returned my call, he said I could bring the truck back so their techs could look at it, and he would give me the best deal to get everything repaired. I explained that there was no way I felt safe driving the 85 miles back to the lot. He said they had a tow truck that they could send, but at this point I did not want to spend any more money with them, as I felt completely ripped off and actually placed in danger. I had to hire a welder to fix the frame first to even be able to start fixing everything else. Then I had to replace the entire suspension. While I was in the middle of doing all this, I also found a coolant leak that I did not notice on the day of purchase because the truck had just been washed, and I assumed the liquid dripping from everywhere was only from the wash. However, the water pump also needed replaced. After all was said and done, I ended up having to take a loan out right at Christmas to pay $4000 to get the truck safe enough to be able to simply drive. I do not recommend Victory Motors or Brian. If you are looking for a SAFE quality used vehicle, you would be better off going to a junk yard.

We're sorry that you didn't have a completely satisfying visit. Would it be possible to have someone from our management team reach out to you directly to discuss? We'd love the opportunity to address any issues with our team here. Thank you for your time, and hopefully, we can get to the bottom of this.

Very honest with timely replies. Pointed out vehicle deficiencies to me instead of letting me drive out from east coast to find out. I appreciate that increasingly rare quality. Thank you.

The stereotypical "used car" salesman.
The stereotypical "used car" salesman. I paid cash for a truck and asked if it was strong enough to travel across country and was told yes. That it had gone through a mechanical review from the shop down the street but they maintained no records. Let's go through everything I've found since owning the truck for 3 weeks. The windshield wipers had no rubber on them, they are controlled by a jerry-rigged switch for power. There was a cable set dangling under the drivers side tire (they zip-tied it to the frame). The TPI light was on, he aired the tire and said it would even out after driving it for a few miles..it didn't, the TPIs are broken. There was only miles of fuel left in the tank, the ad said it was 212K...turns out it was 215k miles. The cowl between the hood and windscreen is broken and rattles the whole time. Other parts of the truck rattled because they were disconnected from their positions. The rear light carrier has a hole in it. Bulbs all over were out. The only thing I did right was buy the warranty that covers the truck. Turns out one of the two turbos is the reason for the engine light being on. Ford said it will be $3000.00 to repair it, I'm waiting to see if it is covered or not. I paid $10K for the truck, I put $2500, changing fluids and fixing what I could and now the truck will cost me $15000.00 for a 2012 xxx. Sadly, most people don't read these until it is too late. Avoid this place like the plague! I was told this truck passed inspection, if I knew who "inspected" the car is the last place I would take my truck. I'm pretty sure the 5 stars these guys have gotten are fake accounts, this place sucks!

Thank you for providing this feedback, and we apologize for not providing you with an exceptional service experience. We never like seeing that our service didn't meet the standards customers have come to expect, but reviews like this help us improve. If you don't mind reaching out to us so that we can speak directly, we'd love to address your concerns in detail.
There is nothing to respond to, the truck was in bad condition and you implied that it wasn't. The truck wasn't worth what I paid for it.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Victory would not even allow us
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Victory would not even allow us to take the vehicle to our mechanic in Loveland that has been servicing our vehicles for four decades for a pre-purchase inspection and drive it to Estes Park to ensure the vehicle would make it up our driveway - citing concerns that it would be driven over 60 miles and that their temp plates are "only good during business hours." Staff would not return calls and we had to call them back simply to get questions answered. We were cash buyers and would have purchased the vehicle within a couple of business days. What else are you hiding, Victory? Your reviews on this site say it all!!! (2.x stars average)

My husband found his dream truck, so we drove an hour
My husband found his dream truck, so we drove an hour down the road to go look at it. He fell in love, and was ready to purchase. We traded in our truck, which was running in fantastic condition and they got the better end of this deal FOR SURE. We were reminded that the truck is ‘as is’, and when I asked about some sort of assurance, and was again reminded of the as is, I should have seen the red flag. When the salesman was moving the truck, I noticed a reverse light out, he said bring it back in and we will swap it out, oh ok well that’s nice I thought. And since they do not accept personal checks, we brought a cashiers check back the next day. They changed the light and off we went. Realized the next day, the light is still out. Why would they say they changed the light bulb when they clearly DID NOT? And also the AC was not blowing cold. Decided to bring it to a reputable mechanic. Turns out it needed a new compressor, oil pan and oil lines leaking, both replaced, transfer case, ball joints, tie rods, the list goes on. Almost 8 grand later our truck was drivable. And the smell, can’t get rid of the smell. Possibly from the leaking AC? We will not be returning to this place, and would NEVER recommend them. We always buy used vehicles, and this by far, is the worst condition any of them have ever been in. Bring a mechanic, or take the vehicle to one, before purchasing from Victory Motors. Buyer beware!

Do not purchase a vehicle from Victory Motors of
Do not purchase a vehicle from Victory Motors of Colorado. We thought we had purchased a great vehicle and the salesperson was fine to work with. We purchased a 2021 Subaru WRX in August 2025 for our son. The vehicle had 55k miles on it with 5k miles left on the factory warranty and we added the extended. Approximately 700 miles/3 weeks after my son took it to college the clutch began squeaking. My husband had him take it to the Subaru dealership near him and they reported that they would need to take apart everything to assess the clutch. Once they had taken apart the car, they sent pictures of the clutch, which are attached. My husband reached out to Victory Motors and talked with Jordan Fisher. He stated that it was a wear and tear issue and our 18 year must have ruined the clutch because he was an incompetent clutch driver. Our son has been driving a clutch since he received his permit and drove his previous 14 year old Mazda for 3 years with zero clutch issues. Jordan stated that we would have to bring the vehicle to their shop to have it assessed but ultimately it was not their responsibility as we purchased the vehicle "as is". As the clutch had already been taken a part it did not seem like a wise financial decision to have Subaru put it back together to take it to a dealership that had become untrustworthy in our opinion. We asked for the dealership to reimburse 1/2 of the cost and Jordan said that would not be fair to his company. After several heated discussions with my husband, Jordan offered $500 in exchange for my husband to issue a written apology, remove his Google Review and sign an affidavit stating we would not post any more negative reviews of their business. Today- 9/13, exactly one month after purchasing the vehicle, we learned the battery is also bad. If you decide to purchase from here, you should definitely have an independent mechanic check out the vehicle. We have learned our lesson and will no longer trust that a business has the customer's safety and best interests in mind.

Please avoid Victory Motors.
Please avoid Victory Motors. Initially, we had a great experience. We bought a Subaru WRX from them. The vehicle had 55k miles on it with 5k miles left on the factory warranty. We opted into the extended warranty as well. Approximately 200-300 miles after my son took it to college the clutch began squeaking. I had him take it to the local dealership who said they needed to do a tear down to look at the clutch to give recommendations. I reached out to Subaru, who refused to help saying the clutch is a wearable part. I reached out to victory motors and was told that my son likely ruined the clutch because he is 18 years old and who knows what he’s done with the vehicle. Then the manager, Jordan, accused me of lying because the vehicle had 700 miles since the time of purchase when the clutch was replaced. Jordan said the only way he would help me is if I brought the vehicle back to him, which I tried to explain was not feasible. I asked for Victory Motors to pay half of the repair costs which they declined as it was not fair to “Jordan’s Company”. My hope is that this post saves someone else from having to go through the same agist abuse that we have. Go to a dealership that stands behind the vehicles they sell.
