BUYER BEWARE.
BUYER BEWARE... On January 25, 2025, I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Victory Motors. This vehicle was meant to be a replacement for my 19-year-old son's car, which was totaled by a reckless driver. Prior to finalizing the purchase, I requested an inspection of the vehicle from an independent repair shop. Brandon, our salesperson, arranged for the vehicle to be inspected at Big-O Tires. The inspection report indicated no issues, as all areas were marked green. Subsequently, I proceeded with the purchase and opted for a 3-year Alpha Warranty for $2,199, based on Brandon's assurance that it provided "bumper-to-bumper" coverage at any Ford dealership. However, I would strongly advise caution when considering the Alpha Warranty offered by Victory Motors, as it has proven to be ineffective. Here's why... Less than two weeks after the purchase, the vehicle experienced a loss of acceleration power, excessive front-end vibration, and a loud screeching sound. On February 11th, we took the vehicle to Brighton Ford for a thorough inspection, where they identified several significant issues: the water pump was leaking and had failed, the front-end link and axle shaft thrust washers were malfunctioning, and the motor mounts were worn out. According to Brighton Ford, these problems should have been detected during a basic pre-purchase inspection, as they had been present for quite some time. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the initial inspection performed by Big-O Tires in Longmont. Either the inspection was inadequately conducted, improperly reported, or Brandon did not provide an honest assessment. Regardless, we are left with the consequences. The total cost for repairs amounted to $3,999.74. The "bumper-to-bumper" warranty covered only the water pump ($2,084), leaving all other issues uncovered. The repairs took 14 days to complete, and unfortunately, the issues did not end there... On February 25, we picked up the Explorer, but shortly after, white smoke began pouring from the tailpipe, and the vehicle stalled right in front of our home. We contacted Brighton Ford, who promptly sent a flatbed to tow the vehicle (Ford covered the cost of the tow). The following day, Brighton Ford informed me that they had identified faulty fuel injectors and noted that the oil appeared to have not been changed in a very long time. This raised a serious concern, as it should be standard practice for a dealership to complete basic services before selling a vehicle. The cost for these repairs came to an additional $1,657. But no need to worry—I have a warranty, right? WRONG. Unfortunately, the warranty that Brandon sold me did not cover these necessary repairs. At this point, I’m not entirely surprised by the ongoing issues. When I purchased the Explorer, the total cost came to $14,199, including the warranty. To date, I have incurred $5,656.74 in repair expenses. I have not yet addressed the motor mount issue, as the cost for that repair is an additional $1,800—funds I currently do not have due to being unemployed for the past 13 months. Another representative from Victory Motors reached out, offering to save me some money on the motor mount repairs if I used his recommended shop. However, what should have happened is that I should have been given the option to return the vehicle or have Victory Motors cover some of the repair costs. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The advice I have for anyone is the same I'll give all my friends in Longmont, Avoid Victory Motors. By the way, I am more than willing to share all of my repair invoices with anyone who would like to review them.

I was not happy at all with Victory.
I was not happy at all with Victory. I was ready to buy the truck I test drove and was told by the sales person I would be able to take it to my mechanic shop for a presale inspection. As long as that inspection went well, I was going to buy it. I drove onto on a Saturday night and liked the trick. I told the salesman I would be back Monday afternoon to take it to my mechanic. Well, he texted to ask when I’d be coming. I told him about 1:00. He texted me back a little later and said the dealership did not want me taking it to Greeley to have it checked. I was going to buy the trick and that poor salesman lost a sale. Oh well. Not a fan!!

First I wanna start with the incident with our car has
First I wanna start with the incident with our car has nothing to do with the dealership. Me and my wife found a 2916 KIA Sorento that she fell in love with. When we went and looked at the car Brandon was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Keeping us informed throughout the whole deal. After the sale was complete we began our journey home first stopping at my parents to show off my wife's new car. Unfortunately not to long after that the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted Brandon and he helped me with the issues. I took it back to the dealership the following day and Jordan the manager took it to their shop. They were able to help fix the problem in a timely manner as well as the up most professional customer services. Jordan and his team are beyond amazing and I definitely will recommend them to all friends and family looking for a new car.

Just Purchased 2017 Mazda CX-9 $20k - Cracked Cylinder
Just Purchased 2017 Mazda CX-9 $20k - Cracked Cylinder Head, Warped Rotors and Cracked Belts! Smelled coolant after driving vehicle home. Called sales rep Stormin’ Norman to ask if I could bring vehicle back-in for them to check out the problem and perhaps swap for another vehicle. Told the vehicle was sold “As Is” and I am responsible for all diagnostics and repairs. I was told the problem must be new, and it was my problem, not theirs. Asked to speak with sales manager and told unavailable- every time I asked. Vehicle is currently at a Mazda dealership where it has been determined the problems are not new. Cannot drive the vehicle without the cracked head being repaired. Repair costs are estimated over $8k! After review placed online, Matt the sales manager actually called to ask that I bring the vehicle to them for repairs at wholesale pricing. I declined telling them I would not be bringing the defective vehicle they just sold me for $20k to them, and pay them more money to have them repair the defects on the defective vehicle they just sold me. Told them I do not trust them and Mazda will be doing the repairs!

Buyer's Beware please!
Buyer's Beware please!!! They are a unethical business..... They buy cars at auctions and place them on their lot without inspecting for mechanical integrity... They push you into a warranty and if you don't buy it your on your own as soon as you drive off the lot.... Check all the platforms for reviews and you'll see the same thing..... Check engine came on in two days after purchase, rotors are bad, coolant leaks so on, so on.... You'll call them and they tell you are on your own.... They need to be investigated and shut down for immoral business practices.... Do not buy from them!!

Came in searching for a 1st vehicle for my 16 year old
Came in searching for a 1st vehicle for my 16 year old son. Found a nice 2013 F-150 and took it for a drive, inspected it throughout and everything checked out. The salesman was really nice. I asked to have the battery terminals cleaned up as they were corroded but that didn't happen. I bought the vehicle after trading my good running Toyota Sequoia in and things were going good. They handed me the keys and I got in and drove away. I realized this is the first time I've bought a vehicle from a dealership where they didn't wash the vehicle or fill it up with fuel before leaving. Oh well, right. I live 4 hours away and made a trip up on my day off. About an hour into my drive the vehicle started having major engine power issues. I texted the salesman to let him know and he never responded, even after a few days. I got the vehicle home and did some research and replaced spark plugs and boots, cleaned the battery terminals, replaced the bent up air filter and that didn't work. Took the vehicle to a local mechanics shop and their diagnosis showed I needed a new transmission. They said the fluid wad black and gritty. So I had them order a new transmission. The transmissions on these newer vehicles are sealed so I couldn't check it at the dealership but figured they would have had it checked with their mechanic before selling it. I was wrong. The dealership said if I towed the vehicle back to them, they could probably save me some money for them to fix it. My local mechanic has already ordered the new transmission and I'm not gonna put him out to take the vehicle all the way back to Longmont. With that being said, I do not recommend Victory Motors unless you don't care if you buy a vehicle that runs or not.
