Great experience, been coming here for a couple years.

Great experience, been coming here for a couple years. Came in for my 6 month service. Everyone was great, especially Vincent. Kept me informed of everything.

Krystal, Luis, Leo, Kay all exceptional 5 star service!!! The customer service is outstanding team! From the trade in to getting a new RX the process was exceptional. I will and have recommended Lexus of Las Vegas to new family and friends. I would highly recommend Krystal for the experience.

Sales rep did wonderful job finding the vehicle.

Sales rep did wonderful job finding the vehicle. Your sales manager did a poor job in handling this purchase. He refused to put a new battery in the vehicle after we spent over $47000. For this vehicle. The battery is almost four years old and in LAS VEGAS. Batteries usually last 3-4 yrs here.

I have been driving Lexus since 2010 and I’ve been very pleased but for a manager to be so petty as to not putting a new battery in a three year old car when batteries only last three or four years in Las Vegas that is just plain cheap

I have never received any kind of feedback or response from Lexus after submitting the Survey. I am very disappointed in Lexus even though I Love the car

I was greeted immediately on arrival. Ben did an excellent job on keeping me updated. I was in and out in about an hour thank you to the service staff and the staff that did the actual work on my Lexus.

Nikka was EXCELLENT!

Nikka was EXCELLENT! Both my wife and I enjoyed working with Nikka and she definitely made us feel a part of the "Lexus Family". Would recommend her and Lexus Las Vegas to any of our friends and we are sure they she and the rest of the staff at the dealership would take care of anyone we would send to get a Lexus. Q was also great at helping us learn to operate the many features of the car and look forward to speaking to him again in the future. Love our new (to us) Lexus RX-350. Sam & Kathy Spalding

they should have someone tell you where to go once you get out of your vehicle instead of walking into a room of cubicles without no one greeting you or telling you where to wait
