Thoroughly checks my car I have been going to this location for the last 15 years and I have never had any issues with their work. No hard upsell. Lobby is stocked with food and drinks while you wait.

We enjoy coming in for service. We know that the job will get done and done right. We came in for an oil change and found our rear shock absorber leaking fluid. The part was ordered and came in quickly so we scheduled another trip to get it replaced. Being under time constraints, we expressed that to our service advisor and stayed with the car. The car was finished in the two hours I expected. Thanks Kristina and our service person (I don’t know their name or I would thank ?him/her? too.

I received excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. Kay in service was helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. The waiting room and restroom were clean and fully stocked. I was given a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired. All in all, everything went well and smoothly.

Always love coming to this location for service. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have been to other dealerships, but nothing compared to Lexus on Sahara's customer service.
