Lexus of Las Vegas

I've owned eight different Lexus automobiles over the years. They have always been attentive to my needs and are the most professional team. From initial contact to service, they're in a class by themselves. Every car dealership can learn from them.

Great facility and staff from the service to my contact with all support staff. I was in for the 25.000 check and didn't want to wait around. So I was transported to a local health club by the drivers ( two different for dropoff/pickup). Now let's see if you can secure my email and not shop it around. PERIOD

Every detail was attended to. My salesman was very thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and I felt he cared about me as person, not just a customer.

Moussa was great to deal with in the buying car process. He pays attention to detail and follows up. I appreciate his straight forwardness because it really made the process less stressful. He then helped me in reviewing various alternatives and even accompanied me to test drive the vehicles. Throughout the process, Mr. Chang was very patient and explained the high and low points of the vehicle. He never pushed me for a quick decision, but instead advised me to consider the vehicle and if such is consistent with my life style. The process in which Mr. Chang provided was a very relaxing way of purchasing a car. It is an experience that I will long cherish because it demonstrates to me the professionalism of the Lexus sales team. Now I am extremely happy with the vehicle that I purchased.
