Went with my daughter to buy used car. Salesman was very nice. He went to ask the manager what they could do to help us get the car like we wanted. He... told us what they could do. We left for 17 min came back to buy after filling out the paperwork the manager decided he wouldn’t do what he told us he would. Just let us walk out. I will never set foot near Burleson Nissan

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership because of their lifetime powertrain warranty. I was impressed with a company that would offer something tangible... and valuable like that to their customers. Well, I found out later this warranty is not what it appears to be. So now I have a broken vehicle and a broken promise.

This dealership sold me a new vehicle with paint damage. They would not repair the paint damage because it took longer than a month to become visible.... This dealership is not about customer service or honoring the fact that I bought a brand new car and expected it to not have defects.

I'm a 61 yr. old man, bought many autos in my life; this dealership is repulsive, dishonest, and smile all the time they're screwing you. Tried to charge... me $1,872 in bogus fees already in the MSRP from Nissan, then wanted me to pay off my trade at $9K, after already giving me $3K in equity! Do not buy from them!! I'm reporting them too.

Called a Salesman and got Tommy Oakley. Told him I needed a like new late model pickup for my elderly parents. It was late evening so the next morning... I started receiving messages with pictures from him. 2nd Vehicle was perfect. Grabbed the folks and headed that way. They loved it. Tommy Oakley assisted by Scott Shelton treated my parents like a King and Queen. My dad told him what he was willing to give and Tommy and Scott made sure it happened.
