I just purchased my second new vehicle from Burleson Nissan and the entire buying experience was outstanding! Austin in sales and Michael, Sales Manager, went above and beyond in working with me to get a fantastic deal. I've never had a better experience in buying a new car and would recommend them to anyone I know. Burleson Nissan is one of the best.

Would Not Recommend!
Would Not Recommend! Purchased a used vehicle, luxury brand only a year old and very low mileage, from them after inquiring online, exchanging a lot pictures of both my trade in and their vehicle, as well as a lot of phone calls back and forth etc... I live in NE Oklahoma therefore we met in Thackerville, OK to exchange vehicles and sign paperwork. It was dark when we met so I didn’t notice until later unfortunately the car has several body line issues, panels not lining up correctly, which they did not tell me about. Even worse, the person that drove it to me ran tolls in Texas and did not tell me about that either. I found out by receiving a collection letter saying I owe $38. Contacted dealership but they were no help and have since stopped responding to me.

Would Not Recommend! While the Burleson Nissan service center's staff and service are of great quality, I would like to comment on one aspect that I found to be frustrating and disappointing, that is, the automated messaging system. In every attempt to contact my service advisor by phone, I have had automated voicemail and text messages fail to go through. As both a customer, and as a customer service professional, I find this totally unacceptable and in need of immediate attention!

Had a nail in the tire and also sidewall damage.
Had a nail in the tire and also sidewall damage. Nissan was able to use my warranty to get the tire fully replaced at no charge quickly and painlessly.

I always get excellent service when I bring my car in for oil change and maintenance. Tad was so nice and professional when I was there yesterday, and I have been happy with other service dept personnel in the previous visits. I highly recommend this dealer for service.
