    What an experience! Everyone from our sales professional Jon Wheat to the general manager Justin Crain to the financial personnel Ms. Shanequa Moore we... had an amazing experience.     I bought a brand new 2016 Rogue in August of 2016, was a great experience, until it came to have my vehicle serviced. It always seems to be a huge hassle... to have the simplistic service performed here, i made an appointment the first couple of times to have it serviced and f ok und out they don't honor the appointments made by their appointment service and so I try to beat the rush by coming early, well I guess I would have to show up at 5 am and wait 2 hours for them to open because it seems that's what others do, due to the long line before they opened. Soooo... today i call and ask how late the service dept is open and I'm told 7pm so i show up about 3:57 pm and I'm told that they are not taking any more vehicles because they close at 4:00 pm and all the techs have been sent home. I'm just pissed at this point. I can't win I'm leaving and the sevice guy Jason begs me to stay and let him service the vehicle , so I stay but this will most likely be my last visit. I guess their sales dept is the best there is but service dept is of the opinion they are doing you a favor working on your car so as far as sales yes but service NO. Always seems to be a pain

    We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong information over the phone. However, we are very pleased to hear that they still offered to stay lat...e to do your oil change and tire rotation. The Service Department runs Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Most of our Service Department works 6 day weeks to help us keep up with the amount of business we have here in Burleson.     Be very careful of this dealership. They will list prices low then will work towards getting the price back up by using very sketchy tactics. Here's... how my experience so far went. I see a car listed for a good deal so I call them. A guy named Bryan answers. The first thing they ask me is, "when can you come in to see the car?" Red flag* whoa, slow down buddy? I need to know about the car first too clarify what it actually is. I'm from out of state, mind you, I'd like to know as much as possible before traveling hundreds of miles. I asked simple questions about the car and Bryan keeps telling me, he doesn't know anything and will find out about the car but kept asking me if i can come in. I said not until i find out as much info as i can and get a finalized price. Fast forward 1 well later, Bryan never calls back. Suddenly I get a call from from a guy named Uriel Ramirez. He asks me of I'm still interested in the vehicle. I explained to him yes but Bryan NEVER bothered to call me back to answer all the questions I've asked about. Uriel apologized and proceed to ask me what I needed to know. After 1 question literally he cuts me off and ask me when can i come in? This is history repeating itself again! I tell him ill come in when i get more info and finalize on pricing. He states he has to talk to his manager then quickly asks me of I'm going to buy cash or finance. I asked why and he stated it's need by his manager. I blatantly tell him i don't know but does it really matter? Her then states he needs to talk to his manager and will call me back. Proceeds to ask me when i can come in? I tell him the fame exact thing! He now tells me he'll cal me back and proceeds to never call back. based on this experience, it looks like they're only in it to get the idiotic customer who would go in and get price gouged. The only reason i can think of why they're asking about cash or finance is they will use that as a bargaining tool since they will get a share for selling a loan. This predatory type of practice needs to be exposed. If you can't even answer simple questions such as actual mileage or condition of the car, then that tells you what type of business this is. BE VERY CAREFUL!

We never want any ...customer to feel that we are trying to treat them disrespectfully or trying to price gouge. If you were interested in a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle for example. Sometimes extra rebates are offered on CPO vehicles. To get a more accurate, estimated quote. It is important to know whether you are financing or paying cash because one quote would have interest with tax, title, and license included. While the other would have no interest with just tax, title, and license.(It's also important to know the state so we can go by your state tax laws.) Our call center is off site so the call center has to contact the dealership to get certain information such as mileage, if it has not been updated on the website yet.     I very rarely write reviews, but I have to tell you about my experience with one of your sales associates! I just leased a 2017 Rogue and needed some much... tutoring on all the excellent accommodations that comes with my new SUV. As I walked in to the sales floor I was greeted by the nicest gentleman, Williams Daniels. I explained my situation and for the next 45 minutes he showed and demonstrated everything. There was so much I didn't have a clue about the newest technology that vehicles come with, seeing I just came out of 2012 Tucson! He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Daniel even took my number to send me videos about the operations of the Rogue. I took his number because he said if EVER I had a question to either call or text him. I left feeling such a relief that I chose the Rogue. Again thank you so much, William. I feel like I made a new friend today.

    I had Vanessa as my service person and she took care of my car well. She kept me informed on my car service and kept me up to date on how much longer... my car would be taking. She made sure if we nedded anything she would do her best to make us comfortable. Best customer service I've had this year thank you Vanessa.
