The company made it so easy they were very upfront about all the details of the car and the paperwork in the end we were very happy with all aspects of the process we would definitely buy a car from them again.

My wife and I bought a 2015 BMW 328D Xdrive Wagon. We never saw the car, but the car was exactly as it was described. Perfect carfax and Robert made the buying experience very easy for us. We will absolutely buy again from Robert! Most car folks are about the money. Robert is an actual car guy and he cares about the cars he has. Perfect experience.

We purchased our FJ Cruiser from Robert Winn and could not have had a better experience. After initially locating the car on the internet, Robert was readily available by telephone or email to answer questions on a Sunday and set up an appointment for viewing the vehicle. Because of the distance I needed to travel to get to his dealership, Robert went out of his way to have all of the vehicle preparation and paperwork ready to allow the purchasing process to be completed smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Robert to anyone in the market for a used car purchase. We Absolutely Love our FJ!!

Buying cars is not one of my favorite things to do. Buying a performance car for enjoyment and not a daily driver adds another dimension to the experience. I have bought quite a few cars in my time and I will say that the majority of the times it was less than enjoyable. I would think that a good majority of you may agree with that position. Now let’s talk about Import 1 Motorsport, Robert, and his team. I first contacted Robert on April 29, 2018 by phone after an email inquiry about two C6 Corvettes in his online inventory through Cars.com. He responded very promptly and answered my questions fully. I found him very pleasant, professional, and not like the typical pressure sales experience. I was apprehensive about pursuing this option due to the cost and inconvenience of traveling out of state to see a car I may not buy. Robert assured me that the C6 Corvette I was interested in was pristine and I could buy it sight unseen and he would ship it to me in Florida. Robert sounded straight up and I appreciated that proposal but with my historical and less than favorable experiences and not knowing Import 1 or Robert, that was not going to happen. Robert and I had several more email exchanges and phone calls and I decided to make the trip to his place and check the Vette out. I arrived on Saturday, May 5th and spent four hours at Import 1 looking at two C6 Vettes of which I did select one of them. Robert and Kip were a pleasure to work with in all aspects. There was no hovering or pressure pitches. The guys left me on my own do go back and forth and inspect the cars at my pace. They were always close enough to answer my questions but did not hang around and follow my every step….what a breadth of fresh air! Both cars were everything Robert said they were. The cars were impeccably clean and in great condition. Kip, gave me thorough overviews of the cars and together we test rode the one that had peaked my interest. He is an awesome easy going guy to work with and again NO PRESSURE! I made my choice and Robert processed the transaction in a very pleasant and low key manner with no surprises and no “shoe drops”! I flew home as a proud and very excited owner of an immaculate low mileage 2008 C6 convertible. My car is still with Robert and Kip having some final detailing and mechanical inspections completed. And I must mention the gentleman that makes those cars look so good. Victor, a Master Detailer does an unbelievable job detailing all of Roberts’s cars. I scrutinized every nook and cranny of the two cars I was interested in and they were flawless in and out. Victor is amazing! My car will soon be ready for transport to Florida in an enclosed transporter all arranged by Robert. I plan to come back and finish this review with the details of my new ride’s trip to its new home. If anyone reading this is looking for a pre-owned performance or luxury/performance vehicle, you must include Import 1 in your search; you will not be disappointed. This has been the best buying experience I have EVER had and I feel like I have made friends with these guys and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them again…..EVEN SIGHT UNSEEN!! I never thought I would EVER say that. Robert – Kip – Victor, THANK YOU gentlemen. You guys are AWESOME!!

A family member was looking to buy a used car and we accompanied her so that she would not get taken by the usual car sharks at most dealerships. This was a totally different experience. We came to see a car that unfortunately no longer available. Because of this, a very personable young man, after speaking to us, showed us a similar car priced $1,000 more, that he offered to sell to us for the same price as the car we came to see. The owner was as nice as the young man who helped us. We did not feel pressured in any way, and after we test drove it off the lot, they spent some time giving us the best places to get used car loans. They held the car for us for more than a week while our loan was acquired and when she picked up her car it was positively glowing, it had been detailed so nicely. They had given us the car fax prior to the sale, and after talking with the two of them, we had no qualms about buying a car from them. The beautiful cars in their showroom were so amazing. All used but looking like they just came off the assembly line new. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who does not want to worry about buying a bad car under high pressure. This dealership obviously does well because of their good word-of-mouth, and repeat customers. I wish I had known about this place before I bought my most recent vehicle.
