Vehicle was in shop for 10 days and they gave it back to

Vehicle was in shop for 10 days and they gave it back to me with the center console not fully reinstalled and when I came back today for them to fix it they tried to tell me that the OEM head unit wasn't factory so that's why the tech half assed the repair. The head unit is an OEM 2012 Jeep Wrangler head unit . Would not recommend going here - shoddy service and waste your time

Avoid this dealership at all cost and warn your friends.

Avoid this dealership at all cost and warn your friends. Liars and thieves. They use fake window stickers that they up the MSRP. Anybody else notice this? And that is just one of many crooked things they do. They refused to honor advertised price and lied about 'packages' they sold. Please post similar or other examples and protect the public.

Buyer beware of their sales tactics!

Buyer beware of their sales tactics! They advertise one price and then sell the exact vehicle at another price. It is the old "Bait and Switch" tactic at its finest. They have the vehicle listed at the original sale price of $75,180, and then list the savings of $3,500 from the original sale price. bring the cost down to the price of $71.680. However, as I spoke to the manager once the docs were drawn up and credit ran that the sale sales price was not as listed. He made it clear to me the advertised price listed was not including the dealers’ options. I told him that any consumer would draw the conclusion that if they went to the car lot, and the vehicle with that same VIN was still available, they should be able to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price. However, they sold us the vehicle for the original $75,180. We are very particular about the amount of inquiries on our credit, so we felt compelled to just go with it. We noticed it during the dock signing and brought it their attention. That is when the manager started the dealer option reasoning xx to me. My bride really liked the car so we bought it anyway. But how is reasonable to not think the vehicle would be sold for a different price than advertised? Were they going to uninstall the dealer option for us to make the price stated on their advertisement? This post is only to bring awareness of Chapman Jeep on Sahara dealership, and their "bait and switch" tactic, which as we all know is illegal. It is clear that it is an acceptable behavior for the dealership as a whole. Remember, I spoke directly to the manager and he condoned that behavior. So as stated, buyer beware when doing business with this dealership, but know that I highly suggest you go elsewhere. I was there the 4 hours and negotiated the deal on the advertised price. However, because she was only told the actual numbers after you ran her credit and drew up the contract that she decided to proceed. As stated, I suggested to my wife that she not buy the car because of your unscrupulous bait and switch tactics. Although my wife is your customer, I think is unfortunate that you are once again operating in bad faith by stating I was not a party in the transaction, when your sales people spoke more to me about the vehicle than they did to her. After almost 3 months of the BBB trying to get a response by sending several communication to them, a GM (that was not present at all. nor was he a party to the transaction) responded with an inaccurate statement that it was explain to their customer. Businesses such as this one should be help accountable to its customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I have nothing but good news for Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram I will never take my car anywhere else. I get the best service there I have gotten 4 cars from there and Ien he is the Best Also J. whatever I need done, I never mine that I have to wait.

Horrible service

We bought a used jeep here on October 4th have yet to receive tags and registration. We’ve called three times nobody returns our calls. We’ve called Nevada dmv they have no record of my husband buying it. Was supposed to be sent to Nevada dmv then to be registered in AZ. Az has no records. We are getting ready to pay our second payment on it. Contacting the finance company today to let them know what’s going on. Horrible customer service!!!

New Durango

Thank you to my sales guy Jeremy Franco and the sales manager Chris Montana. They helped me and my family get into a more family friendly vehicle. They treated us like family and helped me out thanks to being a combat veteran. This dealership is very veteran friendly and family oriented. I also recommend this dealership for vehicle maintenance and will now also recommend them for vehicle purchases as well. I've known this dealership for about 2 years now and have to say they are the best in the Las Vegas for all your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram needs. Thank Chapman Family!

Excellent Service

I took my 2012 Charger in for service. All the people I dealt with were very professional, courteous and seemed happy in their job! How refreshing! My car was serviced perfectly! Overall great experience!
