Found a pre-owned Hyundai Veloster on Truecar.com available at this dealer, and contacted them online. Victor Castro, the dealer owner, was extremely responsive. When we went to see the car, Victor Castro (the dealer owner) and the Signature Pre-Owned team (e.g. Mike) were very patient and walked us through the whole process - from test drive, to financing, to educating us about the car's functionality, etc. Victor also gave us a GREAT PRICE on the car - which was confirmed when my insurance company valued the car at $6000 higher than the purchase price!
