Wow they told me I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change.
Wow they told me I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. xxx ask for ride no courtesy rides. About 15 minutes into my service they texted me. You need wind shield wiper blades and a cabin filter. I just bought the truck 6 months ago. The price for window wipers one side 90.00 dollars the cabin filter was 109.00. I can get the same cabin filter for 24.99 and window blade not even bad. This place is a joke and is having problems already over staffed with people who have attitude. No snacks for the customers no Wi-Fi Yeah, The two people sitting at part aren't willing to answer the phone or your question. Going in, there's like going to a foreign country. you don't really know what you're doing there and nobody's willing to help you.

From the first phone call of interest to the finance manager I can say without reservation our experience at Corwin Ford was one of the best if not the best experience's we have had. Professionalism, courtesy and attitude were excellent and way above the norm. Skyler McAnany, the sales consultant, took us through the whole process which was completed in less then one hour plus some personal insights that made us feel very special. Wouldn't recommend! Long read! We placed a deposit on a truck after being told it would go through priority inspection and be ready quickly, knowing we were out of state and arranging travel. Over the course of a week, communication was inconsistent, promised updates didn’t happen, and we repeatedly had to follow up ourselves. Eventually, the dealership informed us the truck failed their own inspection and could not be sold. While we appreciate them not selling an unsafe vehicle, this information came only after days of delays and uncertainty. We were then offered a similar truck but were not willing to honor the previously agreed out-the-door price, despite the inconvenience, failed inspection, and miscommunication being entirely on the dealership’s end. To make matters worse, the salesperson accidentally sent us an internal text referring to me negatively, which was extremely unprofessional. Overall, this was the most frustrating and poorly communicated car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Buyers—especially those traveling from out of state, should proceed with caution.

Selling cars that DONT PASS INSPECTION 2018 Ford f-150 lariat VIN: 1FTEW1EGOJKD68801 We were told it didn’t pass inspection and it needs $12,000 worth of repairs, told us that they were sending it back to where they bought it from and COULD NOT SELL TO US, but they re-listed it for $27,989, which were going to buy it for $28,750 OTD before they told us it didn’t pass inspection. So not a huge discount for the work that’s needing to be done. I wasn’t going to blast sale-man names on here, but Eddy, “Sales manager” Jordan, and Austin all know about the problem. They also are all emotionally immature and will talk bad about you, to you in your text messages, and when you mention it, it goes unnoticed. See? No accountability for any of the employees, no call to apologize, nothing. I get trash talk sent to my phone about me, meant for the manager, and nothing. That’s insane. So so happy my $28k cash isn’t going to this dealership. Dodged a huge bullet. Should have known this when they accepted deposit so quick but went hours without a response. Wild behavior.
