THE PEOPLE IN THE SERVICE DEPT ARE ALWAYS CURTIOUS AND HELPFUL. I DIDNOT GIVE FIVE STARS BECAUSE MY AUTO WAS NOT BROUGHT INTO THE SHOP IMMEDIATELY AFTER I DROPED IT OFF TO SERVICE. CHANGING THE OIL SHOULD BE DONE IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE OIL IS THE HOTTEST (SO MOST OF THE OIL WILL FLOW OUT OF THE PAN) AND NOT AFTER COOLING OFF PARKED IN THE LOT.
