Representative named KIM at this dealership lacks

Representative named KIM at this dealership lacks customer Service she will make fun of you and claim there is nothing you can do about it. My sister in law had purchased a car 4 months ago and it had problems which my sister in law took it back and they fixed one problem but as soon as she drove it out of there it over heated then she called them and they said oh ur cap is broken let's put a other one on .. she drove off again and it continued to overheat she called and the Rep wouldn't pass the phone over to the manager, she was very rude to her.. my sister in law called me in tears because she felt that this dealership was mocking her on the phone so I called to see if I can get thru to someone and I had the same experience the Rep I dealt with on the phone names KIM said she will NOT pass the phone to a manager because they are walking the floor and trying to sell cars I asked her politely and told her my sister is stranded on the side of the road from leaving the dealership with my two nephews because the car overheated again! She told me that my sister in law bought the car as is and that we aren't the the last people to buy vehicles from their company and not the last to have purchased bad cars from. I told her that was wrong and KIM stated their company has top lawyers and they will not be in any trouble and it's not their problem. I was completely SHOCKED why would this rep talk to us this way. And she said the manager will not care to help my sister in law because they were closing soon but their website states they close at 9pm which when I called it was around 6:00 pm. By the way Rep KIM was talking to us and how confident she felt treating us this way I believe she could've been the manager herself and didn't want to let us know that so she claimed to be a representative. After many attempts to get thru finally my sister in law go thru to them and she brought her vehicle back to have it fixed .. but then she had to pay for the repairs even thou the vehicle is under warranty.. on top of that .. my sister in law dealt with KIM in person and KIM had said ... Why don't ur Father fix ur car?? And then she looked at my NEPHEWS and said I feel sorry for you boys because ur mom bought a bad car and that practically saying my sister in law was dumb.. now this is NOT OKAY!!! My nephews just lost their dad and now you have this Representative mocking them in the dealership!!! Why wouldn't the owner of this dealership contact us or the manager!!! Why would they allow this person named KIM to continue to treat customers this way???

Excellent

My husband and I have leased two cars from Ace Motors in the past 3 years, a Civic and a Fit. We received great treatment each time. This time around our sales person was very friendly, honest and helped us to get in and out quickly! The finance department was also very helpful and fast! Thank you Ace Motors for making this car buying experience as pleasant as possible!

Vero Credit is a scam

I bought a car from here and after 6 days the engine came on . And the repo the car after 30 days one missed payment and then trued to put it back on the lot the same day like I was leaving it. This is a scam and I really recommend going to another lot all there cars have over 100 something miles on it. There faulty and just want your money to set you up for failure. They really tried to put my car back on the lot . There working with Vero finance Company . If you have any problems ASAP.

ACE MOTORS

small operation. sales manager and finance guy were on two different pages, one guy tells me no finance and the other tells me "we can work something out" … they don't clean the inside of the cars.

Customer service

I had a great experience at Ace motors. Carlos provided me with exceptional service. He made me feel at ease and was able to get me the car that I wanted. I have very happy with my 335i BMW. I definately recommend Ace motors if your lookng to buy a car there staff is very helpful.
