Wind Gap Chevy was amazing! From my first contact with Tom Ehrlich to the final sale, Tom and the entire Wind Gap Chevy team bent over backwards to ensure that the shopping experience of my wife and I was exceptional! We were in the market for a used car originally, but upon talking with Tom and telling him how limited our budget was, he was able to get us into a lease for a Chevy Cruze! Tom is a great asset to the Wind Gap Chevy family and there is no doubting as to why he's won several awards for his sales. My wife and I look forward to referring family and friends to Wind Gap Chevy and shopping with them in the future!

This is my second car I've bought from Bryan Statler and both times the process was painless. Bryan was very knowledgeable and did not hassle at all. Will keep going back for my car purchases as all of the employees there are extremely friendly, helpful and will work out a good deal with you.

This is not your normal dealership. Mike and BK were honest right from the beginning. Made the hassle of buying a car simple and quick (especially since I have bad credit). Extremely accommodating! Everyone is so friendly there. No high pressure, which I like! Our salesman, Bryan, was so nice. He acted just like a normal person, not a pushy sales person. This is the third car we bought from here. We keep going back because we like it there. Mike, the sales manager is really nice too. It is just like "family" when we go to Wind Gap Chevrolet.

I have found that I can count on Bob O'Dell and Rich to be very concerned with both my financial situation along with being willing to work out the best possible agreement that is mutually beneficial to both parties. I never felt pressure to accept what I was told without being able to give my rationale for a price that I had felt was reasonable to both of us. In the end we were both willing to understand each other's point of view and negotiate a fair price for both of us. I shall return!

Bryan Statler was exceptional!!! He spent a great deal of time to answer all of my questions and go over everything with me; both on the car and on the financial paperwork. He was extremely patient and understanding. Jeff Baskin was amazing. He found a way to get my out of my current loan/car, and make it possible for me to afford a new reliable car.

Bryan made us feel welcomed as soon as we drove into the parking lot. He listened to us what my husband wanted to buy. He was very helpful and knew alot of the questions my husband asked. The whole experience was the best we ever had buying a car. I will recommend this dealership if I know someone is looking for a car. We went in the morning and drove the car home that evening. I was in contact with Rose and Mike prior to coming down to purchase my car. I had such a great time once I arrived was taken care of the min I walked in and shown the car I asked about. Waiting on all the paperwork to be done BK was always making sure I was ok and didn't need anything so I wasn't just left hanging around. Mike and BK made the time a lot of fun and I would recommend wind gap Chevy to anyone I can because of the excellent customer service they showed me. I been to a lot of different dealerships none of which did I feel it was all about me the customer like I did this past Saturday. If I could rate them at 6-7 stars I would because that's how good my expierence was.
