Dan, Aaron, and Hollis hands down the best to work with. I drove over three hours to purchase my new car and will definitely recommend and will buy from this dealership again. All staff members were top notch. Made my husband and I feel like we were at home. Never seen a car dealership like this one. Dan and Aaron are great folks to work with and Hollis finance Director was out of this world. Very knowledgeable and work with us in a timely manner.

The service manager Gary Bell was very helpful and informative. The issue I had with my car was corrected and it's operating beautifully. Great team there and I would highly recommend them. The sales team was very helpful with the purchase of my new car.

Complete and Utter Devastation!
Complete and Utter Devastation! I was lied to and I was robbed! It’s a long story but I only have so much space here, so here goes the shortened version: 1/10 of this year is was in a car accident that totaled my car and so now I’m in need of a new car. Now I was already planning on buying a new car this year, so I had already done a lot of research and I knew what I wanted. I was specific in the look and trim level and so forth. I wasn’t having any luck here, so I extended my search out of state, I live in Boston, MA. I found a car in MD at this dealearship and I explained what was going on and they were going to work with me. They knew I wouldn’t get there for two weeks (insurance processing and I work at a school). Now this is a direct quote said to me “Now I have to tell you that Maryland State law says that if someone comes onto the dealership and wants to buy the car on the spot, I am obligated by law to sell them even if there’s a deposit on the car.” ($1,000 deposti). I’m not from Maryland, so as non-sensible as this sounds, I said ok, but please don’t sell her, let me know if you need more money, just let me know what you need. I keep him posted, when I got the check and that I would be there Saturday, He said ok see you then. Thursday, as I’m pulling into the parking lot of the rental place to return my rental (one month to the day of my accident), I get a call from the dealership. Yes, you guessed it. He proceeds to tell me that the car was sold the day BEFORE and that he was sorry. I was dumbfounded, at a loss for words (I think all I got get out was “Oh my God no”, my head was spinning, I was utterly devastated!!! Now what you have to understand is it wasn’t the loss of the car, it was my entire journey through this ordeal. I’m still dealing with the traumatic experience of the car accident (which I’ve never been in an accident), dealing the physical pain of the accident, jumping through hoops to get everything ready for the car that I want to purchase in a different state. Insurance all set and paid for (Yes, All paid for – I had a plan). Non-refundable one-way Amtrak tickets ($190) for myself and my son who was taking the trip with me to help drive and so that I’m not alone (all the changes he had to do at his job). Hiring a dog sitter for our dogs. Finally (this is my fault) I foolishly let myself get excited about buying this car on that day! Before that I didn’t let myself get excited or anything at all but now I’m so close, only two days away. I’m ready, I’m happy, I’m giddy, and I’m all smiles. So to get this call when I got it, it just Broke me. Now like I said this is a long story but I have to kind of jump to the end. Now it’s Saturday and I’m in Maryland (because I don’t have a $ tree and throwing away $190 is not an option. This new dealership told me that I was lied to because there is no such law in Maryland. So I was lied to, you could have worked with me, it was only two days, no honesty. Why would anyone come in to your dealership and put a deposit down, if it doesn’t mean anything and anyone can just come and buy the car right from under you. You didn’t have the mind and consideration to give me a call and let me know the error that happened regarding returning my deposit. I had to log into my account and have a freaking near stroke to find an additional $1,000 taken out of my account, no integrity or transparency. So you can’t be trusted because you lie. Your priority is the sale and not the customer which is very poor customer service. You robbed me!! Yes, you stole my joy! You work hard to get what you want and it’s supposed to be an exciting and happy time and joyful experience being able to buy a new car and that was all completely taken away from me. I’m grateful that I was able to buy and get my car, but all I feel inside is defeated. Honesty, Integrity, and transparency will take you further in the long run…

We are very sorry that your experience happen the way it did. Nothing was done with direct intention to steal your joy or devastate you. The deposit was completely refundable and we did in fact refund your deposit. We can not guarantee anything, especially when it comes to a request to hold a vehicle for 2+ weeks which is why we took a refundable deposit. Unfortunately a customer came in to buy the vehicle before you were able to make it in. Does it suck? Of course it does, we have been in business for over 40 years because we have more integrity than most so when it comes into question it never feels good. Again we sincerely apologize for everything that transpired. We hope you enjoy the vehicle you bought, stay safe out there.
The problem is that you lied to me. Plain and simple as that. Why? Because I'm from out of town? There's no such state law. And it was 2 weeks to the day, not any additional days. You were not transparent when you took an additional $1,000 from my account, which then was not available until you refunded the money back. And I'm sorry, You had a deposit on the car and I could have given you more money (much more), but you didn't even have the courtesy to call me and talk to me about it. It was two days!! If you had any integrity and honored my deposit, I would be driving the vehicle from you right now.
