I am a very disgruntled customer, first off it took 8 hrs from when I got to dealership to I bought car. I felt pressured into a contract I want happy with after spending entire day there I settled. I bought fusion in August 2017 and was promised plates in 6 wks tops then promised no later than Dec 5 which expired as well along with paper tags. I was told I couldn't get paper tags unless I go to corporate which is very inconvenient without legal transportation I feel they should accommodate me not the other way around. It's been a horrible experience thus far

Despite the time for my ride here the service was awesome. The salesman didn't pressure a sale said he could help me out in my situation and fell through on his end. Robert Rosales is a very nice guy and he works with a great crew, PLEASE DO RESEARCH on all the numbers and the car lot before going. I love professionalism and they have it, doesn't look like much on the outside but the crew and the cars are nice and i'm glad I made the choice THANK YOU.
