Buying a used car can be stressful. I unexpectedly had to replace my son's car. I went to USAA for a car search for a used car. Although I had never done anything like this before Robert and the staff made it as pleasant as it could be. They addressed each question that I had and made minor repairs that I requested (burned out bulbs in a light sequence).

I found this car on line and it was the car I always wanted. I drove 2 hours to get the car and the made it happen.
